The owners are very nice and welcoming. The cottages are lovely - it's basic but very clean. The view is stunning! The restaurant service is delicious (try the curry and the leche flan) although very slow but ..welcome to the Philippines for that !

Native Village is a bit of an adventure, full of promise, that doesn’t fully deliver. Our visit started badly when the promised cycle pick up at the bus didn’t arrive. It turned out that Graham, the owner, to whom we texted. lives about 50 miles from Native Village and forgot to pass the word. Native Village is a set of... More

The village gives you high standard traditional Accomodation with shared facilities. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained and worth the trek up the hill to stay there. Beautiful views down into the valley can be enjoyed whilst enjoying a well made pot of tea. Trikes to get you out and about to local beauty spots are readily available.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the Native Village Inn. The property is gorgeous, perched high up on a mountain overlooking rice terraces. Each of the 10-or-so bungalows is perfect for a couple. Clean, spacious, and with a sense of adventure. The staff were numerous, and all quite friendly and accommodating. They were able to arrange all... More

- Serene and absolutely beautiful place to stay. The huts are placed at the top of a hill and you can see the terraces on both sides of the hill. - The staff is gracious. - Food: Basic. Curry chicken was delicious. - Bring your own shampoo. It would be a good idea to use biodegradable soap and cleaning products... More

For many years I've wanted to visit the rice terraces in Banaue... Finally made the trek from Manila (approx 10+ hours, but we made several stops along the way) and VERY GLAD we stayed at this B&B: 1) simple, clean Ifugao hut (mattress and not much else) 2) communal bathroom about 15 meters away from the hut 3) enough hot... My wife and I stayed here in early March. This Inn is without a doubt the best place to stay near Banaue. We stayed in one of the Ifugao huts, which are much larger on the interior than outside appearance would lead you to believe. The bed was great, and there were several outlets on the inside to charge phones,... More

Without doubt the NVI was the highlight of our time in the 'pines. Graham is a lovely person and that is reflected in what the NVI is all about. We opted for one of the packages available for four nights from Angeles City. It took about 8 hours but we got to know Graham and a lot about the 'pines.... More

First of all I wanna say that to get this place is a real adventure because of the not clear signs and the bad condition of the street. If you come here just after a rainy period you can find many difficulties because the mountain could have been collapsed (men were fixing it), so be sure to have a 4x4.... More

+ "Native Village Inn" was very cozy, located on a hill with a beautiful view on the rice terraces. The staff was super friendly and made us delicious food. The "Ifugao cottages" was very nice to stay in and the bathrooms was very clean. - I really liked the place but it was just so sad to see a monkey... More
