With a slightly old-fashioned feel - like it was designed with real loving care a decade or more ago, Duta gardens is a quiet, friendly place with a solid character and beautiful water gardens running through it. The staff were kind and super-helpful and it's down a quiet side street off the main road. It's a short ride away by... More

We stayed here during New Year, so the prices were pretty high, but when we arrived at the villa, we felt it's good value. It feels like your own house, the area is very pretty with a swimming pool in a large garden. Breakfast is good with several choices and the staff is friendly. The villa has connected doors, so... Rooms are situated in a beautiful garden with 2 clean blue pools, waterfalls and fruit trees. Big rooms with balconies or terraces onto the garden. Make sure not to drink any water, even if the staff serve it to you in sealed bottles. Very central, lots of restaurant options but choose well. Eat at restaurants with good tripadvisor reviews, some... More

The hotel is not close the main street, therefore we cannot hear the traffic noise rooms very clean and enough amenities the breakfast is tasty as well. But it is better to go out for the diner. the menu is not plenty of choice and more expensive than the others restaurants. there is a beautiful pool surrounded by trees and... More

Jogja is the word many people use instead of Yogyakarta. We made our reservation by Go-Asia.com who also arranged our transportation and trips. This was done very well. As the name already says: it is built in a garden with water parties with many colored fishes and frogs. It looked very clean, but we had some problems: There was a... More

Wow, could not have been more delighted with this hotel! Stayed in a boutique villa overlooking the pool and gardens, the room was huge, the bathroom was spotless and well-stocked, and even there was a small porch outside the front door to sit and relax. A/C worked well, in-room safe, basket of fruit on arrival. Unfortunately, I was only staying... More

Driving through Yogjakarta you would never think to find this gem hidden away off the main street. Helpful staff (though they don't know how yo reset the wifi), beautiful setting, and the restaurant has some tasty local dishes and amazing fresh juice drinks.

Beautiful hotel, the garden that every room has a view of is spectacular. Very helpful & friendly staff. Good wifi. Great location in the center of town, close to a nice touristic area and good restaurants. The only downside was the restaurant. Although the include breakfast was very good, the other menu items were not great. However you're walking distance... More

Location is good, near a backpacker area with lots of neat restaurants and facilities such as travel agencies, laundry, .... Quiet setting. Deserves to have "garden" in its name, thanks to its superbly designed and maintained inner patio garden and pool. Good for kids, while parents can lounge on the terrace in front of their room. Friendly staff. Breakfast is... More
