We booked in to the Duta Guesthouse but were upgraded here free of charge as they were full. If you hang around mid morning or mid arvo they even bring you snacks and tea! Amazing hospitality, really lovely people work here. Booked a good Borobudur tour through them and an airport transfer. Great clean, big rooms and good pool.

Duta Garden was really welcome in the busy streets of Yogyakarta. The complete hotel was rich with trees, plants and flowers. Especially at night it looks very calming and romantic. At arrival all the staff, just like every other Indonesian, welcomed us with a genuine smile and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was... More

We stayed with 3 adults in one room and there was space enough. The garden with the pool is beautiful and relaxing and well kept! The bathroom was a bit dissappointing. The shower is in the bathtub, toilet next to it and then the sink next to it. After that a wall and than an empty space from more dan... More

With a slightly old-fashioned feel - like it was designed with real loving care a decade or more ago, Duta gardens is a quiet, friendly place with a solid character and beautiful water gardens running through it. The staff were kind and super-helpful and it's down a quiet side street off the main road. It's a short ride away by... More

We stayed here during New Year, so the prices were pretty high, but when we arrived at the villa, we felt it's good value. It feels like your own house, the area is very pretty with a swimming pool in a large garden. Breakfast is good with several choices and the staff is friendly. The villa has connected doors, so... Rooms are situated in a beautiful garden with 2 clean blue pools, waterfalls and fruit trees. Big rooms with balconies or terraces onto the garden. Make sure not to drink any water, even if the staff serve it to you in sealed bottles. Very central, lots of restaurant options but choose well. Eat at restaurants with good tripadvisor reviews, some... More

The hotel is not close the main street, therefore we cannot hear the traffic noise rooms very clean and enough amenities the breakfast is tasty as well. But it is better to go out for the diner. the menu is not plenty of choice and more expensive than the others restaurants. there is a beautiful pool surrounded by trees and... More

Jogja is the word many people use instead of Yogyakarta. We made our reservation by Go-Asia.com who also arranged our transportation and trips. This was done very well. As the name already says: it is built in a garden with water parties with many colored fishes and frogs. It looked very clean, but we had some problems: There was a... More

Wow, could not have been more delighted with this hotel! Stayed in a boutique villa overlooking the pool and gardens, the room was huge, the bathroom was spotless and well-stocked, and even there was a small porch outside the front door to sit and relax. A/C worked well, in-room safe, basket of fruit on arrival. Unfortunately, I was only staying... More
