The hotel is located close to the Tugu monument, making it easier for guests to travel to the tourist attraction in Yogyakarta. The rooms are quite comfortable and clean, only our room view is block by big wall, but there is a terrace to just sit and breathe fresh air. The breakfast menu is variety, there are Gudeg Jogja and... More

I've been several times to stay at this hotel. For me, like I was at home at the time of entering the lobby. Suitable for business or holiday accommodation while in Yogyakarta. Location in downtown, not far from TUGU, facilitate your access. Rooms are clean and large, breakfast is also diverse.

Come back to this hotel after 10years, it just get better. A traditional ginger drink was offered during my check in, made a great beginning of my stay. The lobby was very classy with traditional Javanese touch. Staffs are very-very friendly and helpful. For me who have lived overseas for years, the hotel shows a true Indonesian hospitality, and made... More

A well maintained and clean hotel with a wide range of facilities and services centrally located. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and the best I have ever witnessed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with free wifi. The high point of the hotel was the warmth, friendly and helpfulness of the staff as a English only speaking guest they made... More

I spent 3 night in early dec 2014. The hotel is very clean, room is very spacy. Every afternoon in the lobby there is a live show of a female singer (sinden) and 2 old man play gamelan. It gives a javanese ambience to the room. In the morning, I can hear a gamelan played by an old man, while... More

Near to funky street market Mailoboro Street, the Santika is a peaceful oasis from the traffic and noise behind security gates off the main street. The lobby has a pleasant feel with cafe and sitting areas that look out onto the pool but the best feature are the attentive staff, smiling, gracious and solving any problems that arise. A nicely... Great breakfast, it has everything you could ever think of (only Kempinski Kahn Palace in Ulan Baatar Mongolia does better). Friendly staff. Good pool. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Everything worked. Very competent front desk. Santika does a good job.

I've stayed many times at this hotel, since I'm little (traveling with my parents) until today. Every year, my family comes to Yogya to visit our family cemetery, we always stayed at Santika (If I mentioned my mothers name, the management will know who I am lol). I even know who owns the land before Santika building erected there, since... More
