Friendly staff & clean room even at small hotel. Room is quite small compare to other budget hotel. But the very good value is near Malioboro street, the main destination for shopping in Yogyakarta. Just need more parking lot for cars especially in the holiday/ peak season.

It's centrally located, a good option for the budget traveller. There aren't any places to lounge at the hotel itself. It's basic in that way. The beds and showers were clean, and the rooms were clean and pleasant. Not much in terms of service, but that was to be expected. The front counter staff were adequate in service.

The excellent new hotel. The good hotel - for both in terms of price and distance to Jalan Malioboro as the most central activities in Yogyakarta, also the places to eat as well as the foodcourt which is less than 5 minutes walk from the lobby. Very good hotel for a family vacation, or with the big family. The hotel... More

This is a small budget hotel. Its location is superb. You can't be wrong if you look for cheap clean hotel in Malioboro area, the most tourist area of Central Yogyakarta. This hotel is recommended for bed and breakfast, friendly staffs, and very clean and tidy. Continental breakfast available, if you don't want street breakfast. But if you're a foreign... More

The hotel is located near to the Malioboro.. Booked the junior suite to get a spacious space as I went there with a baby.. My sisters got the deluxe room and the room was very tiny, the space between the bed and the tv is only fit 2 persons! Poor breakfast, but no prob at all because many street foods... More

Comfortable hotel, located near Maliboro street, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, also not for away from Kraton. Service very friendly and the room very clean, breakfast good although you should expect not European type. Recommended for the price, about 15e per person

For 60 dollars, it's not worthy to have a deluxe room in this hotel. What makes people interested to stay here is the minimalist building design, but not the inside of its room. The room interior was not as nice as its price, though it has bit spacious bathroom.

The hotel is in good location, in the city. near to the palace, the big market, and all attractions in the city ( puppet shadow, Malioboro street, night live) The room was clean, the only draw back is that, the bath room, the shower room does not have glass partition, each time we had shower the water would splash and... An ordinary hotel near Malioboro street. Clean and comfortable. However, the massage service that the staff called for us were very bad service. Better do not request from front desk. I will suggest you to look for the massage along the Malioboro street. Besides that, we have 5 persons and we request for the taxi to airport. However, the taxi... More

Great for shopping and walking around the lively street. The hotel is centrally located, just few steps to Malioboro street ; many restaurants, street food stalls, souvenir shops batik shops along the street. The room's pretty small but comfortable, and clean. The hotel staffs' re friendly and helpful; breakfast was average , nothing special.
