With respect to location, the resort is great for airport access as it is only a 5-10 minute drive away. However, it is a reasonable distance from the centre of Yogyakarta (~20-30 minutes), and there is little of interest nearby the hotel itself. This hotel located very near to the airport (appx 10 mins) however if you plan to walk around in the town you will need to spend sometime (appx 30 mins) to get to town. My friends & I really loved the Sheraton. Rooms were large & clean. Service was excellent & when I misplaced my wedding ring at the spa, staff were kind enough to open up the spa at 11 at night to help me find it. Luckily, it was still in one of the lockers.
