Very nice hotel located in the best street of Yogyakarta, 2 min. walk from train station and 5 min from transyogya bus stop from de airport. The rooms are very well decorated and the extra king size bed is amazing. Very nice staff and very helpful manager. Thank you very much for your hospitality :)

I owe my awesome Jogja trip to Tripadvisor. As a token of appreciation, this is my JBR. I hope it qualifies as a Just Back Report ;) Our group-of-8's 6D5N Yogyakarta trip was from 5/4-10/4/2014 with 5th & 10th being our travelling days. We arrived at Adisucipto International Airport from Kuala Lumpur at 4.45pm local time. Airport pick up was... More

We visited Yogyakarta purely to see Borobudur and Prambanan temple but found ourselves loving it here. The hotel is situated down a quiet alley, away from the busy streets. Down the alley there are shops for basics and a range of lovely (and cheap) restaurants. Bed hot resto was our favourite for food and was a 30 second walk from... More

Cute little hotel wi pretty garden. Room was ok but no fridge for cooling water. Bathroom was ordinary as water from shower drained across the whole floor. Individual table and chairs outside room and the balcony was great for happy hours. Great position close to Jl Malioboro, the train station and markets. Can obtain trips to Borobudur and Prambanan from... More

I didn't know what to expect from this place, i was in Yogya with my friends for a couple of days and we wanted a small hotel with good accessibility to local train station and to heart of the city. What we get was so much more. This little heaven with nice green yard inside was everything what we wanted.... More

I highly recommend this if you are touring Yogyakarta and do not want to just stay at the usual hotel but want to be closer to the busy life of the locals. This is the second hotel we stayed at during our visit - the first one we had chosen due to its proximity to Borobodur, but for a city... More

First, Malioboro is the main street or heart of Yogyakarta where cheap souvenirs, nearest mall or cheapest hostel you can find. Hotel 1001 Malan is just 30 mins from the Yogyakarta airport via Jogya Bus 1A, which directly stops in the Malioboro Street which cost only IDR3,000 (less than USD$1). From the bus stop, you can take a walk for... More
