I stayed in this hotel for overland tour to Java. My lecturer chose this hotel because of the location. Near from Malioboro and the city. The hotel is modest, has small swimming pool. I just spent my day in hotel for slept in the night. It's simple and probably with cheap price.

We are student tourism from Bali, we held an overland tour and my lecture chose this hotel for our habitation (around 2010). yah,,the location is good, near with malioboro, so we could find by walking souvenirs and food, but the hotel especially our room, so terrible, very dirty! I think many times to defecate there, well think again and again... More

We only stayed here for 1 night as the rooms located along Sosrowijayan were fully booked. This hotel is in a good location on Malioboro Road. From the outside this place looks like a flash hotel with it's white washed walls, lovely restaurant in the atrium and a pool. But our fan room let us down. Although the room was... More

The hotel is very near Tugu station and Malioboro, you can reach it by walk The place it self is nice, the security is good, the room toilet still in tolerable condition We don't find any bedbug or cockroach in our room But the breakfast was very poor, just plain bread (with margarin or pineapple jam) and tasteless soto or... The staff at this hotel couldn't care less- when we were looking at the room for the first time, the receptionist couldn't even be bothered to come up with us. No smiles or even a thank-you. Some rooms are reasonably priced but to get hot water you have to stay in a room costing 350,000 which is pretty steep for... More

The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from Malioboro street, the most famous street in Jogjakarta. The room rate was quite resonable, with standard facilities such as breakfast, amenities, drinking water and free wifi internet in the room. The place is also quiet and the staffs are friendly.

The place was neither clean nor cosy. Only good thing is the location, not even the pool as it is crap. The worst hotel during my stay in indonesia (seen quite some) - and not even cheap compared to other guesthouses in the area! never, never stay there! I would not recommend using the bathroom there. Maybe washing in the... More

I have stayed in this hotel on and off, many times, since 1998. The first few times were stays of weeks at a time- but more recently it has just been a few nights here and there. As another reviewer has commented, you wouldnt stay in this hotel if your budget allowed you to take a step up to the... More

We ended up in this hotel for 1 night due to our hotel being overbooked for the Islamic new year. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and eating area. The rooms on the first floor looked nicer with chairs outside the rooms and with hotel slippers. Our room however was on the second floor of the back building. The room... More
