Tip: book direct on their website, better pricing Stayed here in Jan 2013. Check-in was smooth, tiny lobby. The 3-bedroom apartment was huge, but not so clean. Not well maintained either. Lighting was rather dim too. Big plus is the convenient location, near to major shopping malls like Citraland, Taman Anggrek and Central Park.

when I arrive in this hotel I have to wait almost half an hour for the staff to help me unload my bags... how ever, the pool is nice, the food is good and the rest is just average. the cleanliness of the room can be upgraded to a higher level
