I frequently visit for accessor meeting and desk evaluation. This hotel is strategically located near national monument and Senen market. The food is mediocre also room service sufficient. Room is old and smell old as well. Recommend for business purpose like meeting etc.

I stayed on the concierge floor. it has an in-room computer in addition to wifi. I needed the extra computing for a few days. First Room, the computer didn't work and the hotel was at first unmoved. The situation was resolved. The bathroom was in desperate need of repair but everything still works. If you can get the discounted rate... More

I spent one night at the hotel. It was a good hotel, but not i a good shape. So here are the pros and cons: Pro: 1. Pretty affordable 2. Food was good 3. Spacious room with large window. It's pretty difficult to have this kind of room with such affordable price 4. Hair dryer and coffee/tea set were available... More

Stayed for one night in Acacia Hotel whilst in Jakarta. Check in was good and because our rooms weren't ready they offered us a welcome drink whilst we waited. Staff were awesome, very friendly and couldn't help you enough… However the rooms were disgusting, dirty sheets and towels, bathroom had never been cleaned and rubbish still left in bins and scattered around the room. Food was good though.

When I visited this hotel to attend peer-group meeting, the first impression about it was old-fashioned hotel. Despite of its good cuisine, the worst place in it was the bed room. Broken door, mold on the ceiling, not so cozy king size bed, bad wi-fi, mushed carpet floor and not so good water heater were made me (and my wife... More
