Staff were awesome, very friendly and couldn't help you enough… However the rooms were disgusting, dirty sheets and towels, bathroom had never been cleaned and rubbish still left in bins and scattered around the room. Food was good though.

Stayed there in the first week of this month for 4 days. Got a room on level 5, but the room is very old. The window curtain is broke, bed linen is torn and the room is dark because not all the lights works. The room has no deposit box. Tell this to the FO, and they gave me another room... More

When I visited this hotel to attend peer-group meeting, the first impression about it was old-fashioned hotel. Despite of its good cuisine, the worst place in it was the bed room. Broken door, mold on the ceiling, not so cozy king size bed, bad wi-fi, mushed carpet floor and not so good water heater were made me (and my wife... More

Stayed for 1 night on business trip. Con: 1. The bathroom/ toilet is not very well maintained. Brown, rusty coloured water came out of the shower when first switched on. 2. The master control of the light is located at the bedside table. Having arrived at night, I have to use the mobile phone light to look for it, as... More

Nice Hotel, nothing special to say. But the room are small, and there is no view. Windows cannot be opened. The bar is nice and the service is perfect. The location is not nice because you re directly on a big road with lot of traffic. So perfect if you re business is near, but to be avoid for vacation.

The Acacia hotel is a fair location depending where you need to be. It is not an expensive hotel but I would still expect hot water and clean table settings in the restaurant. This was not the case.
