Was there for some business, stayed for 4days. Its a LONG ride away from airport and its in an industrial area, wont recommend it for tourist. Room is huge, there are 24hour room service available. And there's a western restaurant near e hotel. Massage is available to be done in room at 28200Rp. Overall, room is clean and spacious.

I decided to stay in the south of Jakarta to minimise travel time to Cilandak. That was a mistake because the traffic around the Kristal Hotel is horrendous and I frequently walked the last km back to the hotel in the evenings as the taxi didn't move. The hotel itself is pretty basic and there are very few restaurants within... More

I stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was basic, aircon noisey, decor needed a touch up, bed was ok but pillows hard and left me with a sore neck. The pub inside - Satu Lagi, was very good but smokey. The gym was very good, well equipped and most equipment near new. Pretty good location.

Stayed at Kristal for 2 or 3N..don't remember exactly how many nights. It sure is a very nice hotel, clean everywhere, delicious food prep., good location (the flower bouquet shops are also 2 mins walk :-)). The hotel is around 45 mins from airport and is a very attractive location within itself. To be honest, i have never stayed in... More

Although this hotels is slightly worn in places, in the process of being upgraded, it is one of the best oilfield business hotels I have ever stayed in. It is in a great location in South Jakarta and just a quick and cheap taxi ride away from just about everywhere you need. There is a very good restaurant that makes... More

A bit secluded, various rings of safeguard, this hotel is a top choice for expats in Jakarta. Right next to the currently famous JIS. Top notch facilities & fancy rooms, splurge your money & enjoy the luxury in this hotel. Not many interesting fun stuff in the walking distance area, but a short taxy ride will get you there.

Spending two nights at the hotel's apartment was quite amusing as I cooked my own breakfast at the well equipped kitchen. The only thing that I was unsatisfied of this hotel, was the service performed by the front office. I did not find warmth hospitality as rendered by all staff members at Hotel Santika Bogor, for instance. In addition, I... More

I accompanied my son & his family for a two night stay at the Hotel Kristal. This 20 year old hotel has many family friendly features. The extra large rooms & pool are a major reason we like this hotel as a getaway option in overcrowded, noisy Jakarta. All rooms feature a small kitchen area with a freestanding fridge, microwave,... these are more like service apartments. small kitchen and a living room in 2 bed, 3 bed rooms. always ask for a higher floor as the noise near the pool or the music from the gym could be annoying in the morning. restaurant is nothing great. just ok. but it's great value for money if you want 2-3 bed option.
