Stayed a while ago with family. The bungalows looked very nice from outside, but as many many Indonesian bungalows, there is no/lack of maintenance, which is a pitty. Very expensive. ++ Fabulous breakfast buffet, Nice park, included Dufan park fee, nice pool -- Lack of maintenance

This hotel definitely need major changes. First the rooms are dark, just pick any room you can think off,at any side of the hotel,it's just too dark and dusty.Where are the housekeeping staffs? Secondly, If you take the 2 floors bungalows, the staircases are very small and narrow.Seriously people, they made it too small for a person to get inside the room, how can... More

Was here for NYE celebration with my family... Have to admit that i was a bit pessimistic that we'll have a good time there.. So glad that it was the opposite of that... We had a good time.. Kids can ride the bike and jogging around.. Fireworks was also nice.. Food was good too.. However it's quite pricey for the... More

It's not fair to base their performance during lebaran, it's tremendously horrific. I was made aware that the room fees are practically double, which is crazy, but I didn't see the rooms having difficulties having themselves fully booked. Seeing a room service carrying a whole meal on one hand whike riding a bike gave me a description that they put... More

Bathroom was humid and dirty. No hot water in the morning. There's a window with no curtain, window frame was old, wet and broken with... More
