This property is located inside the Ancol Theme Park , already existed since i was a little kid. The Putri Duyung Ancol have a bungalow style rooms.Stayed here on several occasions ,mainly for training and meeting. I never book this hotel by myself, all the booking here arranged by the inviting companies. The cottage is too big for a small... More

It's not fair to base their performance during lebaran, it's tremendously horrific. I was made aware that the room fees are practically double, which is crazy, but I didn't see the rooms having difficulties having themselves fully booked. Seeing a room service carrying a whole meal on one hand whike riding a bike gave me a description that they put... More

Stayed at Putri Duyung Cottage Ancol in a Cottage called Duyung. First impression was dark and dusty. We had to call the maintenance guy and replaced 7 light bulbs in the room. Toilet was clogged. Bathroom was humid and dirty. No hot water in the morning. There's a window with no curtain, window frame was old, wet and broken with... More

Putri Duyung Ancol is a large, but cozy accomodation for holiday for those who want to stay with family or large groups of company.. great location and very professional staff.. kitchen is available if you want to cook.. however the management has many homework to work on, especially on the cleanlines issue., refurnished their old furniture.. on top of it,... I have stayed at putri duyung on multiple occasions. Mainly because there are very few other options in Jakarta for hotel accommodation that can sleep multiple people. My Indonesian wife usually likes to have a large farewell get together with her family every time we depart Indonesia, so we usually end up at this place. The accommodation, whatever size bungalow... There are only 2 options to stay at the beach hotel in the city of Jakarta. Mercure Ancol and Putri Duyung Ancol. I have reviewed Mercure before with title “Old-Fashioned TV” and I guess that goes to Putri Duyung as well, besides old furniture they are using. Location is the main reason for their expensive rates. Theme parks and restaurants... More

I was staying here on 2012 (approx) for business purpose. When I first arrived at the meeting room, I get the impression that everything about this hotel is so old. Be it the furniture and the building itself. And the meeting room is located too far from the resorts. If you have to go back to the meeting room after... More
