I have been visiting Jakarta a lot lately. All the hotels I stayed at previously were missing something. First one was Grand Tropics - no wifi in room. “BAD EXPERIENCE! DISSAPOINTED SERVICE, DON'T STAY THERE !”

First we planned to stay there for longer term there, but I was REALLY DISSAPOINTED with the bad service of its people. They don't have lift, so one security man helped us with one luggage to our room in 1 floor. I said thank you to him, and planning to give him something as gratitude later while we just arrived...
