I stayed in this hotel as part of a tour with OAT. My room was comfortable and clean but the bathroom needs refurbishment. The breakfast was fabulous with so much to choose from. They have a very nice pool but I did not use it. The service and staff were friendly and accomodating. The main problem is the location as... More

If your intention is just to spend 1-2 nights this hotel is okay but if you are after great family holiday this is not the hotel you are looking for. Rooms are okay but old definetely need refurbishment. Hotel is indeed 3-4 star quality. Breakfast is good, buffets are okay but if you order something from restaurant a la carte... More

For Jakartian standards, this hotel is a very nice and large hotel, and among the best there is. However, the devil is in the details.. +: the hotel decoration (mix of Asian and Western), the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet (all styles with lots to choose from, also an own buffet for the kids), the swimming pool, the beds in the bedroom (soft... We stayed here on our group trip. The only thing wrong with this hotel is the room had poor lighting and the bathroom needs to be upgraded. The hotel itself is beautiful and the bed had a great mattress. The staff is friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of restaurants.

Stayed a night last week in the end of June, we arrived late night, around 9-10pm, the receptionist guy is nice and made a fast check in. Got a room in the 8th floor. First impression, wow it is quite big! Then I saw a COCKROACH running in front of tv, but i was a good hunter, it died on... More

Stayed there June 4-5, 2014 as part of an excursion organized by Overseas Adventure Travel. A very nice, modern hotel with fantastic breakfast. The hotel takes a while to get to from the airport but this is due to traffic congestion more than "location". We used this chain of hotels in Jakarta, Bandung & Yogyakarta and all were similar. The... More

This hotel has the most amazing and inviting entry way. The word that comes to mind is "sumptuous". The lobby is huge and beautiful, overlooking a large and lovely dining area. The grounds are lovely (we didn't use the pool). The rooms are what bring the rating from 5 stars to 4. Ours, room #918 was a nice size, with... More

I'm not gonna comment much about the food and the service, I think a lot of people have already highlighted this aspect. One thing that really catches my attention was the breakfast, it was really really good. The variety of the food is really amazing, and the taste is fantastic. I was trying to restrain myself, but I just couldn't... More

Very good breakfast, so many choices. The Room is a bit old but still clean. Staffs are friendly. Location is good for business traveller. Taxi very easy to catch. Near to Kuningan. You could find mini mart and street food outside the hotel.
