our recent stay at the hotel was a pleasant weekend although i m a Jakarta citizen we chose to have a weekend break at the hotel. we enjoyed most of the hotel's facilities rather than go out for our stay. the hotel has still kept its service prime. the spa at the hotel did us good and broke every weekday... Don't be put off by the external appearance of the hotel, I would guess it was built in the 70's. The interior has undergone an extensive refurbishment at some time and I was very happy with the spacious room and comfortable bed. All of the staff were very polite and helpful, the food in the restaurant was good, with a... More

Hotel is so comfortable and worth for the price. I loved the room and the service except of the SPA. Really disappointed. I have booked aromatherapy massage but the therapist used only baby oil which is not really worth with that much price. She walked around with her high heels and sound so annoying. She did not even give the... More

It was my birthday and my son wanted to celebrate it in a hotel room. We enjoyed the night. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. However, since this is an old hotel, there were some stains on the wall. Breakfast was excellent, particularly the coffee. The porridge was great too. But the best part was the... More

Our flight came in late, so we had to checked in late which was upgraded by the hotel clerk from 2 to 3 bedrooms. The rooms were clean, but interior decors were outdated. The staff were courteous and helpful from the lobby to the restaurants. The inclusive daily breakfast were delicious and sumptuous. I would certainly stay here again, courteous... More

Had to check-in late and suddenly my room was upgraded by the hotel staff (yay!) with no additional charges. The room is quite spacious and very much comfortable, especially for someone who loves staying in carpeted hotel rooms. It's 15 minutes from the famous National Monument (Monas) and Gambir Train Station. The breakfast was quite good.

We wanted to stay somewhere so we could walk to the office we needed to visit. This was the closest choice. We were a bit concerned as it is three times less expensive than where we normally stay but it was a fine and spacious room-a bit rough on the edges but had everything I needed and a good Italian... This is the second staying in this hotel because my cousin's wedding. So far so good, the room is large and comfortable enough. I only sleep in this hotel, so I don't know the other facilities. It's OK to stay.

I stayed in this hotel on December 7, 2013. For me it's one of the worst 4 stars hotel: 1. It's on old old hotel. Only have 1 electric socket to charge you handphone (closed to the floor) and 1 in the bathroom. 2. Bad customer service. My card doesn't work in 2 elevators & they keep refusing to charge... More
