I travel regularly to Jakarta and stay frequently at the Mulia because it is conveniently located in relation to the business district, it has been given a good security rating by the company I travel for and the hotel makes a big effort to look after their regulars. It is comfortable, well appointed and has all the facilities expected in... More

An army of staff is going to look after you so gently.... and they have tricks . .....I still don"t comprehend how the security at the lifts can call me by my name , when there is hundreds of patrons around... Love the interior design, especially the restaurants! Food is great too. Hotel staff were very helpful. Although the manicure and pedicure was not up to professional standards, the staff are careful to ensure that all is done properly and offer their best services to satisfy their customer. Hotel walls are thin - could hear snoring from the room next door.... More

I have no complained on their building, facilities and bed room but needless to say much, i had been staying several times in this hotel. There are only few things they have never changed: 1. Staffs are less helpful and lazy to do extra miles for giving good service for their customers 2. The heavy traffic jam will welcome you... More

From the unobtrusive security when you enter, to the pages who open the door for you, to the multiple restaurants which serve excellent food and the lounge on the executive floor, the service was everything you expect in a 5 star Asian hotel. I stayed here in February 2010 (and December 2009 and September 2009) but could not put those... More

I was here for 3 nights and was upgraded to the executive room on a higher floor. Beautiful and spacious rooms with plenty of view. The bathroom are clean and spacious and it has this really awesome hi-tech toilet that does everything for you. Room service includes menu from all of the good restaurants downstairs, i.e. Edogin, Table8. Great food!... More
