Jakarta airport is the most awfull airport i have ever been. Alvast no seats in waiting area. De security takes all drinks way to soon and then drinks it themselves. No shops to buy drinks or food while waiting. Terrible toilets and cranking sales people at the shops. A discusting end of my up till then perfect holiday.

We had two trips through Jakarta in August 2014, the second on 8/30. The airport hotel is still closed. No sign that anyone is working on the alleged renovation. Ridiculous for such a busy international airport to have no airport hotel; the lounges in the international terminal are not open 24 hrs. Utterly ridiculous. The airport authority ought to at... Tried to book both online and by contacting them directly via email. Was informed that the hotel is closed, at least thorough my desired travel date, which is April 9, 2014. It would be nice if there was information on the hotel's website.

This hotel has really improved over the past 6 years. They offer friendly service, small, but clean rooms, assistance with checking in and 24 hour service. If you are leaving before their breakfast opens, they'll offer you a box with bread and fruit.

I booked the hotel online through their website because I was arriving at almost midnight and my next flight was at 5.30 a.m. What a disappointment it was on arriving to find that it was closed for renovation. As they have accepted my reservation online and I have already paid, a security guard helped me to contact their staff who... More

This hotel is perfectly adequate for an overnight stay before a morning flight from this airport. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable. This is a much better option than facing morning traffic in Jakarta. Would recommend.

This hotel is very convenient if you arrive late at night and have to catch a flight on the next day. A litle overpriced but the rooms are clean and have great views over the runway. Despite the comments it was not as difficult as i thought to find the way to the hotel. Breakfast choice and quality was good.

Having stayed in a variety of airport hotels, we had no great expectations and we're not disappointed. The room was definitely showing its age but was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were tired and disinterested, the food mediocre and the drinks outrageously expensive but let's face it - we stay in airport hotels for the convenience, not for... More

The hotel room was dirty (hair in/around sink, soiled spots on sheets) and the WiFi internet did not work (said all available spots were used up). I talked with the front desk within 10 minutes of checking in and they said they could not refund my money since Agoda.com had not given it to them yet. This was frustrating, but... More

You know when you have a layover too long to get out into the city, and too short to not fall asleep, especially when you get in really late at night? Well, this is an answer to that, in a place that isn't exactly known for it's safety. As a lone female traveler, I'd rather shell out a bit than... More
