I stayed at the 16th Floor - For Business travellers and was quite amazed at the facilities. The room was big, clean and cozy - The types that are charged at least 3 times in other countries. The business facilities and other amenities on the floor were very good. The attendants were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful and thankfully knew english... More

The hotel, although slightly long in the tooth, has excellent mattresses and linen giving one a great nights sleep. I usually arrive in Indonesia following a night flight from the west and always look forward to a good refreshing sleep. The breakfast is always first class and for the price is very competitive and in many ways better than other... More

This is the first time I have stayed at the Park Lane in Jakarta; previously I have stayed at the JW Marriott and the Mulia. The Park Lane may not quite match these hotels in quality terms, but then the room price is a lot less. And, more importantly, this place has a more intimate and homely feel, yet with... More

For a 4 and a half star hotel, this one surely ranks at the top for the best value amongst its kind (other 4 -5 star hotels in Jakarta). The room is spacious, much bigger than that of Hotel Nikko or JW Marriott. The breakfast is very nice eventhough not as fancy as the one in Hotel Mulia or Shangri-la;... More

Being on a business trip one would appreciate a nice bed, a good room service, and a perfect breakfast, all of which were there. rooms are spacious... bathrooms... More

Somehow the Park Lane has become a bit of a favourite for me on my frequent trips to Jakarta. At times I wonder why and find my self hunting around for a better deal, a better location or a better price. But then somehow I find myself back there yet again, being greeted once more by the ever efficient, ever... More

This is a good hotel to choose if you are on a business trip. Nothing really special but it just keep you feel safe and comfortable. If you are on a business trip, what can you ask for. So i recommend this hotel and i will return in the future.

I choosed this place just because the business I went to is close to the hotel. The hotel makes an impressive first sight when entering through the lobby, but the rooms are standard. The furniture has seen better days. There is an business center in the hotel, but the prices are outragous, i advise that you visit outside internet cafes... More

Nice rooms and good service. Nice restaurants onsite and the staff always willing to help when needed. Will stay here again on future trips to Jakarta.
