“Very nice staff..and rooms”

My stay at Shangri La Jakarta was pleasant. Though it was a short one day trip as I was travelling for work.I found it comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and good. The conference facilities were good. Overall decent hotel

“Not really a Shangri La standard”

I stayed twice in this hotel but was expecting more from a Shangri La. I consider it as old and a bit rusty.
