I have stayed in this hotel for so many times and everytime the staff is very fiendly and also very helpful,since they still used Dusit brand until now,nothing has changed.This hotel also have a nice swimming pool and also some good restaurant.it's a pity that it's location is alitle bit far from city center. more

It's very convenience hotel which is link to IT mall. Provide a good service and staff very helpful. Morning b'fas is variety but alacarte is just ok.. I used prepaid taxi to get to hotel and paid about $16usd. Hotel is about 1/2 hr from airport. The hotel was very nice. Had a pleasant stay here recently and quite frankly i think the hotel deserve a premium 5* rating for the in-house service and also for the quality of overall furnishing in the hotel (renovated) compared to some other 5* properties around City area. Booked through Hotel website for 3 days and night, a deluxe room. Asked for hotel transport form airport to Hotel, but gave it a miss once advised on the rates. I think it costs about USD30 one way. The room is a little tired looking but otherwise, clean and comfortable. They observed very strictly to the check-in time at 1pm. Breakfast spread was above average. more
