“Handy for the Port”

Mangga Dua is a suburb in North Jakarta, close to The port area. When I returned the restaurant was empty so I used room service, which was good. I left the hotel at 0600 to go to airport so was not able to sample the breakfast fare.

“Service is too slow at front desk”

Please take away the 15minutes guaranttee if the hotel can't live up to the promise. Service staffs are very friendly but the speed is simply too slow hopefully not because of the pace or style.
