Just need a basic room to stay for a night. Bed is big and ok, but there is only an extra pillow. Bathroom is ok, with a bathtub but the floor get wet very easy n drying take a long time. No hairdyer and mini frige in room. Price was abit high for $50+ per night.

After leaving the disappointed FILTHY HOTEL, we managed to check into a nearby hotel...found it on the web. Checking in was a bit slow. You register at one counter, make payment iin another and only then you get your keys. 23:00 Hrs... exhausted and sleepy.. Going up the elevator, the wheel chair managed to squeeze into a narrow lift. The... More

Beware of billing fraud, we were victim. Pay attention to the sum you pay and consult carefully with the detail in the billing receipt. Always ask for payment receipt and please calculate the cost estimation beforehand. One of the employee have committed fraud on our expenses. I won't go back despite the favorable location.

I had to stay there because it was so close to the office I was visiting. Unenthusiastic welcome, slow checkin, ordinary room, paper pillows, asked for additional charge for additional pillows, no duty manager to be contacted, Internet cable didn't work, no wifi signal in the room, no IT help at night, no overnight pressing, restaurant had a smell, omelette... We had a phone confirmation for a Superior room, but when we showed up, we were told that they did not have our reservation, and all Superior rooms were sold out. We were offered a Premier Deluxe (2 levels up from Superior) at that premium rate. This Premier Deluxe Room is supposed to be of a higher standard, but did... More

After a long Golf trip from Bandung and Puncak , Hotel Kaisar presents a suitable South Jakarta location. And whenever one is in Jakarta always think of access back to the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Kaisar Hotel has quite an easy access to the Toll Highway to the Airport. The hotel looks like a typical European Hotel building but not too... More

This is an good hotel for a business trip. I won't recommend it for a long leisure stay. Rooms: The rooms are large and clean and well isolated. You don't hear the busy Jakarta traffic in your room. Food: A good hotel restaurant with a fine choice of food during breakfast, lunch and diner. Room-service for 24h Drinks: The Hotel... More

I stayed one night in this hotel and I found this hotel is value for money. Staffs are helpful and friendly. I reached the hotel at night so I ate my dinner in the restaurant at the lobby. The menu and the service were good. If you need taxi, you can ask the bell boy outside since the location of... More

This hotel is very large, and has been grandiose. There are still several uniformed bell hops at the front door and several people at the reception desk. However, it is fading. A few examples: the marble in my bathroom was starting to fall into small chunks at the doorstep and around the mirror. The minibar has been removed, WiFi access... More
