Stayed here for 3 nights, we had the whole villa to ourselves including the beautiful swimming pool. Staff were friendly and the villa was spotlessly cleaned everyday. The gardens are very pretty and the view to the mountains is lovely. A few good local restaurants but suggest hiring a motorbike to explore the area. Highly recommended !

We were in a very good hotel in Permuteran and did not expect much improvement, but this is another step upwards. The Villa is like heaven on Amed for people with activities interests ( snorkeling, scuba diving, mountain biking etc.) or just stay home and relax. The only problem is there seems to be no taxi for short trip hence... More

The villa is very luxurious and homely at the same time. Very friendly and helpful staff. We rented scooters and they helped out straight away when there was a fault with one. Kids loved the pool and it was nice to have 2 separate rooms in the same apartment. Road noise at night was the only drawback.

This is alovely new villa complex in a beautiful part of North East Bali called Bunutan, one of a number of a cluster of beaches commonly known as Amed. I stayed here with my wife for six nights in April 2014. The complex is located behind the Adi Shops which is fantastically handy and has lovely fresh fruit, breads, cereals,... More

It was a nice stay for 3 days. 6 people could share the apartment. Good breakfast and nice staff. The owner speaks good English. I can think of staying here another time I visit Amed for diving. A good place to live in Amed. Also could rent motorbicycles for good price.

Currently there are only 2 villas available with another two underway. Yes they are under construction but the construction noise and impact is minimal. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa above the shop. You have the option of renting this either as a 2 or 3 bedroom villa. If you choose the 2 bedroom as we did, one of... More

A very relaxing three day stay for family with two teenage children staying above the shop in three bedroom luxury accommodation . Like Kuta thirty years ago. Good snorkelling, great swimming pool and kind, helpful staff. The rooms are new and clean, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and a DVD player. Beautiful view of the mountains from the living... I stayed at Rumah Adi in November for about a week in the 2 bedroom villa which looks out towards the garden, and beyond that, the mountains. I loved just sitting outside and watching the clouds pass by (wishing they would drop a little much needed rain). Also enjoyed resting my brain and watching the chickens looking for food. Had... The Rumah Adi is one of the best place I ever stayed during my holidays. We stayed at the Villa in the garden. The villa is new and the two rooms are very clean with fresh flowers on your bed every morning. One nice Italian shower in each room. The swimming pool is beautiful and hot surrounded of banana plants.... More
