This is a favourite of our bali trips, beautifully decorated, simple but comfortable with amazing views. A great way to get to know the locals and so close to Ubud. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful with the cutest little kids :)

I chose this place based on rave reviews but, unfortunately, turns out that all of their rooms aren't quite as nice. Mine was worn out, stuffy and dark (windows blocked with wood), with no view of the ricefield to speak of - overall poor value compared to other places I've stayed in Ubud. If you want a nice room make... More

The staffs were really nice, especially the owner, Komang. We checked out at noon but they let us to keep our bags in the receptionist because we still wanted to wander around Ubud before we leave. They even let us borrow their umbrellas after we checked out. The price was a really great deal for the facilities. We got a... More

Arrived here early in the morning so there were no rooms ready so they kept our bags for us letting us get on with our day. Our big room had 2 double beds one with a mosquito net. The bathroom was huge but the water pressure was not so good. The staff were lovely and provided us with tea/coffee if... More

We've stayed 4 nights at Puji and it was really good. Of course, it's a very simple place, no frills. We booked a regular US$ 15 room, but arriving there we upgraded for a US$ 25, which is new and had a great window (not that you'll really need it, rooms have terrace - but we love natural light). The... More

Positive points: nice quiet bungalows with view over the rice paddies. Close to the city center. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Terrace in front of your bungalow. They put fresh hot water on your table a few times a day, so you can enjoy coffee or tea on terras any time of the day. Breakfast was sufficient. Private parking (if... More
