Rooms are fine. Breakfast buffett adequate but not as big as other cities in China . No Internet in rooms and very poor internet in lobby. Not sure if that is TIbet vs China issue . Staff helpful but even some of front desk had limited or no English. No Pool and vey small work out room. Great and cheap... More

We we're suppose to spend two nights here for our first trip to Lhasa. When we checked in we thought maybe this is the best quality in a third world location. The bed was like a rock, the paint was pealing in the halls and the breakfast was marginal. We decided to check out and spend the next night at... More

We spent 3 nights at the Four Points, good hotel for Lhasa, clean rooms, Nice walk to Barkhor Street. Staff is helpfull, but not all speak English...... Concierge Frank does and is very service minded and friendly. One small point to improve: pls serve hot coffee, not just lukewarm.

I recently spent a few nights at the Fourpoints Sheraton Lhasa. As a platinum member, I was upgraded and welcomed warmly. The lobby is a bit small, but there is a nice courtyard, with some lounging sofas, and even a small water pond with small turtles. The food in the restaurant was fine. Not gourmet, but offered a lot of... More

Spent 4 nights in Four points hotel on 2 visits. Good experience. Had 2 different rooms. One recently refurbished and one older. Both were convenient enough and well decorated.Beds were quite hard. TV had English channels. Wifi was available but very slow. Bathroom was fine especially compared with the dismal restrooms in the countryside its great to have a normal... More

I stayed there for four nights in May. The location is convenient and I love the front desk people and restaurant staff. However, the way management runs the business is deplorable. The hotel rooms vary greatly in their qualities, depending whether you are a member of Starwood loyalty club or perhaps nationality too. I booked a junior suite through travel... More

Hi again.. After visiting kailash mountain and long trip by car from Darchin village to Lhasa you really need to feel modern civilization, have soft and clean bed, fresh and delicious food and good service. That's was reason for me and my friend to stay here before we leave Tibet. Room was clean and bed also clean and soft. I... More

We liked this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and well appointed. It has a good location near the old city of Lhasa. The breakfast buffet was fine. I would recommend this without hesitation. The staff person from Argentina was excellent. Gracias

A comfortable hotel although it is a bit run down. The public areas have no heating and are pretty run down. The bedrooms however were comfortable with lovely beds, air conditioning, a humidifier (really needed at this altitude) and a serviceable bathroom. The staff were really friendly and helpful and did their best to go out of their way for... More

We stayed in this hotel for two nights, it was clean, comfortable and warm. We have stayed in other hotels in this group and this is not up to the same standard, however it is Tibet and we were pleased to have crisp white sheets and comfortable beds and pillows unlike other hotels in this country. The food was good at...
