We stayed here twice on our holiday. The first time they upgraded us to the business suite. It was fantastic, couldn't say a bad work. However on the second stay we mistakenly booked in the Tian Feng Inn next door, which was average. Be careful which room you book because it will depend on which hotel you are in. The... More

We arrived late evening. Reception were friendly but with limited English. Hotel is within easy reach of shopping, tourist sites, restaurants and subway. Room was clean and tidy but had no windows hence no view. Soap and shampoo dispenser did not work in shower. Round bed was extremely comfortable. A good value hotel in a good location.

I stayed in this hotel twice in 2007 and 2010. Both time, I stayed in the business suite. The price was amazingly nice in 2007; then a little high in 2011. This year, I went to nanjing again and did not stay there coz the price just go up again. But the room worth the price. The bed is very... More

The hotel is excellent, near main shopping area in Nanjing (XinJieKou) which is the intersection of Nanjing 2 line metro. The hotel is a walking distance from metro station and lot of nearby international restaurants (McDonald's, Pizza Hut, KFC, ...etc). I had a room in the 25th floor where the view is very good and away from noise, the room... More

Stayed here 3 nights with partner on business. Great location - close to the subway, shops, attractions, eateries. Had a deluxe double on 25th floor of the main building - room was quite spacious - bed was huge! maybe a triple/quadruple! :D Also had a desk, a lovely rocking chair and a second comfy chair; flat screen tv with several... We booked a standard room and expected to stay in a 4-star-Hotel as mentioned on the website. When arriving at the reception we were send to another building which was actually a different hotel: Tianfeng Inn. It is located directly at the intersection of two main roads - therefore it is really noisy. Besides this you can also hear the... More

We stayed at the Tian Feng towards the end of last year. We found it to be a delightful place from every point of view. We could not fault it in any way. The carpets are so thick that you nearly sink into them. The place was spotlessly clean. Ah! There was a fault, a common Chinese hotel fault. The... More

First off, we reserved two rooms. They only saw one. That was easily fixed when they looked at the reservation and realized..oh! there's two rooms. Then there was the issue of the air conditioning not making the room cold enough to be comfortable. So I switched rooms. This one was better, but still not cold. The room was humid so... More
