This is a hotel that is close to living up to its 4 star ranking. Nice, large room with good amenities. It is within walking distance of the train station, but on the edge of downtown. I went to Nanjing for a half-business-half-sightseeing trip. booked this hotel for RMB400 per night. good price counting that room is big and clean. from the room i could see the Train station side and part of the Lake, very opened view (you can see the hotel photos). paid about RMB38 for a breakfast, reasonablly good quality chinese-style breakfast. unless... more

My husband and I were booked into this hotel by university colleagues in Nanjing and were impressed with it. The hotel is listed as 4-star but it's certainly a step up from other hotels we stayed at on this trip: the 4-star Park Hotel in Shanghai (though the location is excellent) and the 5-star Nikko New Century Hotel in Beijing... more
