This is not the best place to be in Nanjing. The building is close to the rail station and has good lake views. There is wi-fi inside the room but not inside the meeting rooms where I had a working meeting. Room carpet was dirty as well at common áreas at the hotel. Smoking is permitted, it is a long... More

This hotel was a disappointment. It looked like it had potential to be a very nice hotel, however, over time it had lost its shine. The staff was friendly enough but the rooms were in need of care. Our Water Closet kept running and the TV didn't work. This hotel is far from Nanjing down town. There is a subway... More

No help with baggage. Check in, check out reasonable. Rooms were OK. Free internet access. Very pleasant, relaxing, well-appointed bar. Chinese buffet breakfast with no coffee on offer. Adequate for a one night business stay - I wouldn't want to stay longer. Close to railway station for high-speed trains to Shanghai (no noise issue though).

I had booked this hotel because of the reviews. These included a review which said that this hotel had both indoor and outdoor swimming pool. When we arrived we were told that the swimming pool was indoor only and open. Upon checking we found that there was NO water in the pool and it was closed. Also the promised tennis... More

This is a hotel that is close to living up to its 4 star ranking. Nice, large room with good amenities. It is within walking distance of the train station, but on the edge of downtown. Given the traffic in Nanjing, it will take a while to get anywhere from here, but it is close to a shopping area and... More

My husband and I were booked into this hotel by university colleagues in Nanjing and were impressed with it. The hotel is listed as 4-star but it's certainly a step up from other hotels we stayed at on this trip: the 4-star Park Hotel in Shanghai (though the location is excellent) and the 5-star Nikko New Century Hotel in Beijing...
