Very comfortable rooms and good service in a superb location (under 10 minutes walk from both the underground station and Xuan Wu lake). The "revolving" restaurant did not revolve, but the quality and variety of the food more than made up for that. The hotel also has a nice heated swimming pool. This hotel far exceeded expectations. Many Chinese hotels have a nice lobby, but the quality drops off after that. However, the Xuanwu Hotel is well appointed, comfortable, and relatively cheap.
