stayed here for 1 night. it's a bit off the beaten track and would need transport to visit anywhere. the rooms are nice and decent and breakfast was ok. its not really a hotel for tourists as the name suggests so you will find a lot of business people here. overall a decent stay

As the name of the hotel suggested, it is for conference participants. Not an ideal place if you intend to discover Nanjing. Metro station is approximately 30 minutes on foot and the hotel does not have any shuttle bus service (to either Metro station or City). I don't see many taxis around and I had to use private cars organised... More

Nice view, a very big hotel in the mountain area, fresh air around. Remote location, if you havent arranged any local pick-up service, pls dont live there coz it locates on a mountain and you will spend perhaps half day to walk down to the city...I mean city, not even downtown area. Average service, that's, not so good, not so... More

The hotel is located close to Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum and is just next door to Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum. You can get into the later free of charge before 6:30 am when the ticket office opens. The hotel per se is a beautiful garden as well. Besides the pros, here comes the cons. Although the room is clean, the bath... More

Access to the rooms is an open hallways style. Unless you smoke, avoid the smoking rooms as we had to request to be moved. We had to wait to move rooms but they were nice enough and provide tea in the restaurant after a bit of waiting.

There might be 5 stars placed proudly above reception, however, be aware that this is a 'Chinese' 5-Star resort. Meaning: 1. Facilities look nice, but staff under trained 2. Guests smoke throughout the facilities 3. Complicated tasks, like ordering beer to the room (even using Chinese language), results in warm beer and a misconception that bills can be placed on... We enjoyed the ambiance of this place but were definitely disappointed with the workers, especially those in the dining area! Most of the waitresses do no smile with poor social skills! Our bowls of wonton came but there were no utensils to eat with. Then we asked! The waitress then brought the chopsticks, and we needed to ask again for... More

Location is out of the way set more in a park like atmosphere. Room was very quiet and fairly clean. Not sure about the round tub in the middle of the room as a needed option for business travel. Breakfast was not much in terms of larger or better hotel I have stayed in that cater more to western clients.

For a conference hotel, the rooms were nice and the setting was fantastic, next to a national (?) park! The food in the Rose Cafe was served buffet style and it got very boring very quickly and was often cold. Many of us at the conference couldn't wait to steal away to have some proper Chinese food out at a... More

It's challenging reviewing this hotel as I've got mixed views. The rooms are actually quite nice and spacious (I stayed in one of the more expensive rooms, an executive single room). The style is kind of modern mixed with a bit of retro. The shower and bath were nice and spacious and it had a good bed and toilet. However,... More
