Good hotel in a good location. Price was very reasonable and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Exactly what you need for a city visit when you aren't worried about hotel facilities. I would have no hesitation in using it again were I to visit Nanjing.

We stayed in Hotel Nanjing Orange Xuanwumen (南京桔子酒店 - 玄武门)for 1 night. If you are taking a train from Shanghai to Nanjing Station and stopping at Nanjing Railway station (南京站), the hotel is only located one metro station away. The location of the hotel is great. It was a 10 to 15 min walk away from Xinmofan Road metro station... More

This is a good hotel. I will look for this chain in the future when traveling in China. It is a simple hotel without any facilities like a gym or restaurant. The rooms are minimalist and stylish. They are clean and spacious. You'll find a little gold fish and a Rubiks cube in every room-odd but unique. The hotel is... More

Very good location near lake where fun to walk/run etc. Very clean rooms excellent space and wonderful bathrooms. Awful almost inedible breakfast and very limited eating facilities. Limited english but very helpful staff. Sadly no smoking restrictions so can smell cigarette smoke. Very quiet.

This is the best low cost / cheap hotel I have been in China! For 289rmb, you get a nice and clean bedroom that will allow you recharge after a long working / touristic day. Good bathroom with nice and clean shower. Bed and linen where clean, and also had a good smell. Free internet in the room! Yes, you... More

I was so pleased with this hotel that if I travel again in China I will try to locate hotels of the Orange chain. This is a traveler hotel, that is: no conference rooms, pools, business center. But, as others have mentioned, good rooms, good beds (I stayed in a room with two single beds). Internet, Wifi, even a phone/ipad/etc... More

I booked this hotel based on the reviews and the cost per night. I booked thru agoda.com. For some reason, I couldnt book thru Expedia. I was a solo traveler that stayed May 31 to June 2, 2013. Nanjing was a great city, I highly recommend a visit. I dont remember any negatives during my visit. *Bed was super comfortable.... More

Foreigners need to show a valid ID and visa to stay at a hotel. My passport was getting the visa renewed, but I only brought a photocopy of the main page, not the visa page. I asked if my husband could just check in for our room. No, the security bureau has been strict about foreign visitor registration requirements, especially... More

Good place to rest. Rooms are modern and have everything you need: cosy bed (though a bit hard), internet, complementary tea and air condition. Well located, within walking distance of lake and restaurants. Breakfast was just acceptable for westerners. Service was good (first room could not connect to wi-fi, they tried to fix it and were happy to change our... More

This hotel was so much more than I could have imagined for only about $30 (usd) a night! First, my friends and I had arrived from Beijing on an overnight train (another recommended experience). We arrived at the hotel at about 8:00am to see if they would hold our luggage until we could check in. They let us check in... More
