Check in was horrendous!!!! There is no information desk for tours or attractions etc. The hotel is attached to a shopping center however there is very little signage directing you back to the hotel, we got lost numerous times ending up walking around on the street until we found the front of the hotel which is under ground!! The room... More

We have stayed at the hotel on several occasions in the last two years as it is near to where our son lives. The rooms are reasonably spacious by Hong Kong standards and the house keeping services are very good. The rooms could do with some updating and maintenance with the shower room in one of the rooms we stayed... More

Stayed for 2 nights, room was huge and nicely done. Travelled in winter and I am not sure if they have heating because our room was a bit chilly even if we've turned off the aircon. But it can be forgiven because of the views-- our room had big windows around it (prolly why it's chilly). Buffet breakfast was ok,... More

At first I was pretty skeptical in staying so far away from Central. However I was surprise at the size of L'Nina Hotel! It's big! Check-in process was efficient and I was pleasantly surprised when I checked into my room. The bedroom is not too big but pretty clean and efficient. Overall a pretty good hotel if you don't mind... Really high floors - I stayed on 66th. great view of mountains or sea, indoor pool with glass floor and walls, average breakfast, crowded reception and always teeming with 50 people in line and 1000 suitcases lined all over in a line.

Best location for your exploration in HK. Its proximity to several malls, and local market and with the MTR just down the road, it's a great choice. It's a nice change to staying in the touristy areas of Nathan Rd where a lot of tourists stay. There's a supermarket and lots of food nearby and a Pet park next door... More

This is a very busy hotel with a slightly chaotic feel to the lobby but, upon check-in, we were lucky enough to get a very pleasant English receptionist who had no problem to grant our request for as high a room as possible. A transfer of lifts is required but it is well worth it as the views are simply... More

Every year since 2008 L hotel is to be my favorite hotel to stay in Hongkong, located a bit further from Suzy Wong's island out of TsimShatsui to the north called New Territories named Tsuen Wan area. The lobby the parking and garden is now set up completely, with traditional market, mall shopping arcade, MRT within a walk distance. New... More

Pros 1. Comfy beds 2. Concierge could communicate fluently in English but receptionist is lacking 3. Connected to a mall 4. Good facilities (2 pools & gym) Cons 1. Location wise, it's rather out of the way from most attractions and tourist areas. The streets surrounding the hotel gets really quiet and hence, limited food options late in the night... More

Hotel is just ok. Bed is comfortable. I was on a high floor, and my internet was spotty. Needs a little updating and a good clean. I didn't have hot water in my shower, but bath did, so just used the bath. Very noisy and full of Chinese tourists. Cleaning staff talking very loudly to each other in Chinese early... More
