Room's always clean but I wish we didn't have to pay for the wifi. Waiting for the elevator is a pain in the butt. Sometimes, there are (mainland) tourists (I think), who would arrive in batches and flock to the elevator, leaving us waiting for a good 20 to 30 minutes before we can go back to our room.

we booked 5 rooms in Rambler Oasis in October 2014. Although they offer breakfast and show images of a dining room if you take the breakfast option they end up bringing you a small box with fried fish/chicken with raw eggs to your room in the morning where you are expected to sit on your bed and eat. We had... More

We got our room on the 22nd floor or so if I recall correctly. The rooms were small but this is HK, this is how it is here. Aircon was not cooling enough, after reporting no maintenance was done. Check-in: d lobby was crowded with travellers shouting in Chinese. Receptionist: was not very warm welcoming types...can understand after handling so... More

We were booked in this hotel during our 4 days 3 nights stay in Hongkong. When we checked it online, the place seems nice, but then when we arrived there, this is the best example of "pictures online can be deceiving". First, it was too crowded and people are very noisy, crowd are always loitering at the front desk, which... More

the hotel have good value for money regarding the another hotel in Hong Kong, room are good and more big than another hotel of the same price. but the hotel is in front of the harbor, so you should be ready to have a lot of noise. also wifi is not free, just in the lobby

It's our 1st HK trip with family & itinerary has been planned well. To our dismay, the hotel is beyond bad for a good family holiday and not worth for the amount we paid. No resto nor cafe to chill after a long day. Have to go out to another building for breakfast. Not even 7-11 shop around, unless you... More

Positive: Comfy bed and beddings, AC working properly, room secured with room card/key. Nice view from the window. Staff were courteous, professional and able to speak and understand english. You can print documents for ticket vouchers on the front desk. There are small stores near the hotel. The pool is accessible. Near airport. Easy to locate just look for Bus... More

I have read so many negative comments about the hotel but our stay was just fine. The front office staff and the housekeeping lady were accommodating. I had minimal problems with other guests. I purchased one2free HK tourist sim so I had unlimited internet access the whole time. The free breakfast at Cafe de Coral (located at Rambler Garden, the... More

It is very crowded, but the room is relatively clean and quiet, you are on your own, no one greets you or welcome you when you are check in. The room quality is OK, beds are not that comfortable but is clean. bathroom is clean. but it worth for the price.
