No elevator to Lobby.Had to carried two large heavy suitcase up one large flight of stair. Staffs saw people struggling, they just sat there. When elevator was found, they did not tell us the elevator ONLY goes up to the hotel room and NOT from/to street level. When arrived in Lobby, NO greeting from staff, completely IGNORED. Hallway is SCARY,... More

Location of the hotel was excellent and all bus and MTR are near the place. McDonald is just below it and its open 24/7 I think. The hotel staff are not that hospitable. they don't even smile or greet you when you arrive at the lobby. The housekeeping was excellent and the bathrooms were spacious though the room was not... The hotel located on convenience position (near Jordan station 2 mins). We stayed for 5 nights (2 room) in standard twin room on 7th floor with window and honeymoon room that is more narrower and without window. So, I recommend standard twin room. They have private bathroom with nice water heater shower. Overall is clean. Staff can communicate with English.... More

The hotel location is good, just opposite Tsim Sha Tsui Police Station & few minutes walk to Jordan MRT, surrounding with lots of nice foods. We do not have much expectation as we knew that hotel room size in HK is generally small, what we like about is the cleanliness of the rooms. Unfortunately there are a few issues that... More

The only hotel benefit is a location. Close proximity to MTR, walking distance to the Avenue of stars and Star Ferry and Mong Kok as well. Moderately bad: The room had no window (fair to say it was said before the booking but barely noticeable) The staircase on the ground floor (I don't mind some physo but not after 10... More

The location of the hotel is near a train station (Jordan) so you can practically go anywhere in Hong Kong. It also near currency exchanges so shopping is convenient. I suggest you look for several exchange before actually exchanging so you can get the best rates. Rooms are big and cozy. We booked a family room for 3. The bathroom... More

Although the prices might seem expensive, the rooms offer great value for money. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We were able to book and pay for a room for half a day as we has a very late flight. Rooms are big for Asian standards. The hotel is less than 100m away from the subway and there is a... More

I stayed in Sunny Day's family room for a couple nights in May 2014. I knew that the rooms are extremely small in HK so the main reason I chose this one is a discounted rate on the family room. The family room was quite spacious considering HK standard, and 11th floor was high enough to be free from the... More

Recently stayed at this hotel. Location was excellent which connect you to everything you need from restaurant outlets to the conveniences of public transport like taxis and MRT stations. Room were small but very clean. The bathroom and shower (water pressure) is marvelous. The only downfall were the noises coming from another side of the building. Sound of loud music... More
