This hotel has small rooms and no complimentary breakfast. Warm water was not always available. It is far away from the metro even though they provide a free shuttle to the metro. The staff barely speaks english. Only one of their staff members actually bothered to take care of our check in. We arrived early and waited in the lobby... More

not so cheap but clean, almost everything you will need is here, with convenience store and a cafe. not so far from the airport, with accommodating hotel staff, most of the taxi drivers are familiar with hotel, nice view of the container ship yard.

The housekeeping is very inconvenient times -- before 7AM (so you must put up do not disturb at night) and again at 9 or 10, and if you leave after that your room is not cleaned even if you put out the 'make up room' sign at 11AM. The "free wifi" is slow and only in the lobby -- which... More

This is the worst hotel I have been. It was part of a promo package so I did not have a choice. I was told I was upgraded to a business class but you the room is so small you have to carry your luggage over the bed to bring it inside the room. There is 4 elevators, so small... More

Well there's a huge hotel (Regal something or other) connected directly to the airport; almost essential if you have a very early flight. But Regal charges US$200 per night for their convenience. So, as a mean, tight-fisted cheapskate, I thought I'd book in at Ramber for less than US$100. But once you've added in HK$200 each way for taxis, it's... More

We only stayed at rambler for one night . I cannot consider it as a hotel for me, it's like an Inn, you can't find complimentary basic needs like soap, and shampoo. And worst, no internet connection if you want to have a wifi access you need to pay Hk$50 and only at the lobby. The staff are arrogant, I... More

Customer Service: Due to low season, I booked this hotel at a very excellent valuable price. I booked it for 6 nights. Before I arrived I sent email to confirm few things and they responded within a day, which was very efficient. On the day I checked in, my flight was delayed for 5 hours, the manager, Mr Peter Leung... More

I stayed in this hotel for 9 nights. It is a 3 star hotel with a reasonable rate and provides basic needs (except box tissues) but nothing fancy. The counter staff is friendly. The wi-fi is free only in the lobby. The room is clean, and the size is ok considering the crazy real estate prices in Hong Kong. I... More

The facilities of the hotel are good, the staff are also very helpful. just one thing i dont like about the hotel is there's no option in the elevator button to go up. (i'll elaborately explain later). we complained in the front desk at night time regarding some miscommunication with our room. we are waiting for the elevator at the... More
