Stopped en route to China and en route back home. Very friendly greeting on reception and throughout both stays. The rooms are quite small but perfectly adequate and good comfortable beds. I stayed in a harbour view room. The view is obstructed so don't think it's quite as the website suggests. Nevertheless it's better than the view on the opposite... More

I liked my stay here. Staff were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Price was reasonable. This place is centrally located and within walking distance of Queens and Des Veux Roads. Buffet breakfast was in a quiet area and food was great. Bath products could have been better. I found they weren't of a very good quality (smelt ok but cleansing factor... More

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Fantastic location in central HK, everything on your door step!! Lots of shopping and food just down the street and easy walk to MTR and Star ferry. The location of this hotel is very convenient although the hotel itself is tired and the rooms/bathroom very small. Staff are helpful and friendly. Also building works were going on across the street and it was very noisy from 7am - 6pm every day . Would probably not choose to stay here again given the range of other hotels available.

Right in the middle of central Hong Kong it would be hard to find a better located hotel with the same level of service and comfort. 5 minutes from the central train station and direct line to the airport from plane to hotel took us less than an hour all in. The bed was super comfortable, the room clean and... More

This is my second time staying in this hotel, and it was even better than before. Well located in the LKF area (close enough to the action, but far away enough that it's quiet), within walking distance to 2 MTR stations. Staff is excellent - polite, helpful and accommodating. Hotel room is spacious by HK standards (definitely go for the... More

I am usually a sucker for the big brands, IHG, Starwood, Four Seasons etc. but this time I decided to chose LKF as it had great prices and a good location. The hotel is on a hill, be aware of this and taking a cab takes FOREVER - the best is to just walk there - it is about 10... More

The hotel is situated right in the heart of Hongkong. its a 15 min walk from the Airport express stop at central in IFC mall. if you do not want to spend extra dollars on taxi then you carry your luggage to the hotel on the walkway.( be warned, if you are carrying heavy luggage then its not the best... Staying in Sheung Wan

Neighborhood Profile
Sheung Wan
Unlike most of Hong Kong’s other popular districts, Sheung Wan welcomes wanderers with an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. Art galleries are plentiful and boutique cafés are tucked away in every side street in the sub district known as “PoHo.” Browse through the vintage clothing and handmade leather goods stores – it’s no surprise fashionistas flock to this area. History enthusiasts will be rewarded with sites of beautiful architecture, reflecting Sheung Wan’s past as one of the earliest settlements by British forces. As night falls, the entertainment scene reveals itself to be just as laid back with its private kitchens, speakeasies and underground bars dotted throughout the area. When in Sheung Wan, everyday feels like the weekend.
