It's inside sincere house. When you use maps, it's just across 7-eleven and not far from snack stall. No visible signboard detected outside. Actually it was old flats with slow elevators. We booked 2x5 pax rooms. We got one bunk bed (lower bunk was slightly wider than the top bunk), and 2 more child sized beds. And while we came... More

As said in the title in terms of value for what i paid (440hkd for 2 nights)this hostel was excellent. I got an ensuite single room which was small, but clean and this is Hong Kong so anything big is going to cost. The staff were helpful upon arrival helping me get a hk SIM card for my phone. A... The hostel itself is situated close to Mong Kok Station (look in the small streets for the entry written "Sincere house" right next to a smelly street food vendor). We booked a double room with ensuite bathroom (which is a toilet/shower combination) for four nights. We had warm water and air condition. The room was clean (except we've found a... More

Cheap price in Mongkok area . Room quite small but clean. The building quite old but very close to shopping area and train station. Many restaurants around the building and also close to mini bus station. So very recommend for backpacker. Hostel also selling disney land ticket and others attraction which is cheaper than others place.

It has been many times we stay here, the location and price is always being the main concern why we stay here every time visit to Hong Kong. Generally the room and bed are clean but this time I can feel the floor is not that clean and corner of the room is dusty, also bad smell from my pillow,... More

We're very pleased for the good service, cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and even the owner itself. They're very approachable and helpful to our tour inquiries. They also give special discounted tickets for most key tourist destinations and even simcards for your LTE devices. Its a cheaply priced hotel but their service is top-notch, not to mention, its in... More

Nice place to stay. The place is near the night market and near the train station. If you are planning to visit some attractions, you can ask the friendly hostel staff for some tickets and directions.

Been here several times already. Great place. 👌🏼 Located right at the heart of Mongkok! Very near to MTR station and walking distance to shopping centers and street markets. Rooms are okay. Good enough just for sleeping. Technically a backpacker place. Friendly staff. And helpful too! Thank you Stanley!! You're the best! Tip: Get rooms on the 7th floor. 6th... More

The room where I stayed had three single beds and a double. I met some Canadians and some Dutch people in my room. There isn't a common area so I only met the guests that stayed in my room, but they were quite nice. The bathroom was also the shower. I could spread my arms and touch opposite walls, but... More

Handy for Mongkok Metro. Decent price; manic fluctuations in HK hostel rates make it a daily shifting hell: at least this plodding place doesn't take the rip with rates. Nothing much more to say. Not particularly friendly nor communicable in English. Not a sociable place. But it's well priced, handy, in most sensible respects reasonable enough to do for the... More

Staying in Mong Kok

Neighborhood Profile
Mong Kok
It’s one of the highest density districts in the world, so come to Mong Kok prepared for action. Home to every market, restaurant and shopping arcade imaginable, Mong Kok is the one-stop shop to satisfy all your shopping needs. Dust off your finest negotiation skills and dive into the bartering frenzy. Similar retailers will conveniently congregate in the same area forming easy to remember references such as “flower street” and “sneakers street.” Here you will also find various local delicacies being served at street snack shops or hole-in-the-wall restaurants. One reliable rule of thumb: the smaller the place, the better the food.
