I personally enjoyed my first stay in this hotel. For one, it's a short walk from the K-11 shopping mall. I found that very helpful because the nature of my family's visit was shopping. On the second day of our stay at this hotel ofcourse they change all the towels bathrobe and bed sheets but when we started using it, towels have plenty of holes in it! Even the the bathrobe!
