We stayed for 3 nights in a harbour view suite. We have no complain as it is clean & spacious for Hong Kong standard; with separate living room & bedroom and two televisions. We don't know about other rooms. The location may not be that good but it's about 10 mins walk to nearest MTR Sheng Wan station. We utilize... More

This is a decent mid-range choice on Hong Kong Island's western district. It's just worn and retro enough to have some real character. I paid around US$160 for a fantastic room (suite actually) on the 27th floor with a view over the harbour. Superb! The concierge were really friendly and helped me out with getting my cheap Chinese mobile phone... More

Decent sized room, everything works. Not most modern place in the world but for USD 116 really hard to find much of value in Hong Kong island itself. It's only 22HKD from Hong Kong station by taxi and u can tram it from right outside into downtown. When I checked out it felt like I was on the mainland with... More

We got free upgrade to a suite. While it looks dated, we have no complain as it is clean & spacious; a separate living room & bedroom. We ordered a continental breakfast to share since the price seems quite reaonsable & the serving for one was actually quite filling for two. On first impression, the location may not be that... More

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights. The location is not the greatest but there is a tram stop at the front door and the ferry terminal to catch the ferry to Macau is only 10 minutes away by tram. We were upgraded to a larger room with a nice sitting area and the bathroom with the... More

1. They announced my room number loudly at the reception. (Hey, I'm a single lady traveller... no need for potential stalkers... thanks!) 2. Quick check-in, the junior staffers seemed more eager and professional. 3. Clearly the concierge and reception folks don't get along. (Not the business of guests, but don't let that spill over to service, thank you very much!)_... More

I was with the family on my last visit and we took 3 rooms in total. All the rooms were spacious with living room and bedroom having a separation (as requested) and the beds were comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and the location is quite central for us which we wanted it to be as we were tired of... More

I had a great room, very spacious with own sitting room. Did find bed very hard. I did find it weird that there wasn't complimentary bottled water in the rooms to drink as its recommend not to drink the water from the tap. I had dinner in the 3rd floor restaurant - very nice and great service. I liked that... More

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel in end of May 2014. The room rate was reasonable with free upgrade offer. The rooms were spacious compared with other hotels in same district. The bed with soft mattress were comfortable and I slept very well at night. Staff service was very good. They were very polite and patient. Although it... More
