Well, I had expected the super tiny room. So the size of the room turn out didn't shock me as I had just book a superior room to stay for 2 nights. But the water heater shock me. During the day we check in, I thought to take a quick shower after we check in. After I adjust the temperature... More

Before visiting the hotel, we expected that it is a old and dirty hotel. However after visit, it is unexpected tidy and nice. The room is new and tidy and very convience.

The room we were given did not represent what was advertised on their website. Tiny basic room no wardrobe or safe. Compact wet room with hand held shower. Strange smell in the hallway and paper thin walls. Extremely tiny and very basic rooms. Staff unhelpful and management absent and unavailable. Much better accommodation available for a similar price nearby. Definitely... More

Skip this place. The location is great, and when I entered the elegant ground floor lobby I thought I had really scored, but NOPE! The room walls are paper thin and I was kept awake by doors slamming on my floor all night, conversations in the room next door. I could even here people snoring. I am not a light... More

For starters, this is not a hotel and is more like student accommodation/backpackers hostel. The website is extremely misleading and the rooms are nothing like what is advertised on their website. We were provided with a single bed and a king single for three adults. There was no space to move in the room for three people, let alone including... More

Staying here, with its tiny rooms, is a trade-off for its can't-be-beaten location (for those wanting an affordable option in the heart of Mong Kok). Flanked by Nathan Road on one side and Portland St on the other with Ladies' Market just across Nathan Road, one is literally spoilt for choice as soon as one steps out of the hotel,... More

Baggage Control is Excellent . The ladies receptionists are more welcoming . You have easy access to the airport facilities like restaurants shopping outlets , transportation town - by rail or road. There are lots of Lounges to access.

Was content to have chosen this place. Although not in an ideal location, the combination of accommodation quality, hotel amenities and services together with a fairer price than the "top hotels" meant we had a good value for money stay

the room is small but I have no complain with the amount i paid for it. Its ways better than some local hostel, I will say we felt safe and we managed fine for our 3 night stay. Lady streets is just opposite of the hotel.

If you value space or cleanliness then you should stay anywhere else. Try someplace 1 stop further down on the MTR (yau ma tai) and on the opposite side of Nathan Road. I made the mistake of booking before I read the reviews. I will say we felt safe and we managed fine for our 3 night stay. Our room... More
