4 of 5 stars Reviewed today NEW

Four of us stayed in a family room (Room 1209) on a girls trip in March 2015. The room was very nice and spacious enough (by Asian standards). The view was good and the bedding very soft with nice linen. Air-conditioning works fine, the bathroom is on a smaller side, but is very clean with a nice shower with good... More

Stayed with my boyfriend for 4 nights. The rooms were full so we were upgraded for free to one of the luxury rooms. A beautiful view from the 17th floor. Clean and lovely bedroom and bathroom. Free shuttle buses that went regularly to he main attractions in Hong Kong. Exeptional staff . Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Cosmopolitan for 3 nights prior to joining a cruise. Although the hotel is about a fifteen minute walk from one of the main centres of Hong Kong (times square), the shuttle bus and regular public transport passing by mean that the hotel location is not a problem. We had octopus cards which made the travelling cheap... More

Arrived early hours in the morning so didn't really take in the information about our upgrade on arrival although check in was swift. Got to our room which was freezing cold, aircon on full blast (weather in Hong Kong is about 20C), twin beds and door through to other guests room(family room?). Wasn't happy with the twin beds or the... More

The rooms are very nice, however: if you purchase your room through OTA and your rate includes WiFi, be forewarned: it is ONLY ONE DEVICE. Pretty useless if you're travelling with family. I stay about 140 nights a year in hotels and never came across less than 3 devices per room. Since they charge quite a bit for each extra... More

My wife and I travelled to Hong Kong for Chinese New Year ( Feb 11, 5 nights) and stayed at Cosmopolitan Hotel. It's located at Wan Chai and #15 bus stop to the Peak is very near. It is very close to Causeway Bay where all the actions are. Yet it is away from busy street and shops enough so... More

My sister and I stayed at the Cosmopolitan Hotel for her birthday last week. We loved the hotel - it was conveniently located, the hotel (including the room) was immaculate and to top it all off, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a number of different shuttle services which was really handy and very well... More

We’ve just returned from a stay at the Cosmopolitan during a visit to Hong Kong to visit family in Happy Valley. We chose the Cosmopolitan partly because of its location and also because we wanted extra space as we were staying for 2 weeks. We stayed in an Executive Suite which was on a special promotion at the time and,... More

Stayed for 23 nights on a family holiday starting 5th March. Staff were very helpful, throughout our stay; placing us in adjoining refurbished Deluxe City View rooms and keeping us there when we had to extend our trip by a day due to a flight change. Our rooms were very clean, in great condition and efficiently serviced daily. Bedrooms are... More

I arrived at the hotel after a very long flight and I had asked for quiet room. On arrival they told me that the hotel was undergoing some renovation and that there might be some noise during the day. Of course, as I was jetlagged that is exactly when I wanted to sleep! So I asked if I could change... More
