We were very pleased with the quality of the room and the service of the staff. We used the babysitting service twice in our 3 night stay and were very pleased with the lady provided. The rooms are cosy but great value for the price.

Hotels in Hong Kong are very expensive. If you are looking for a no frills hotels, and value for money, then this place is great. The rooms are not big, with basic amenities, but you can't ask for more given the good price of the hotel. Have stayed here several times throughout the years.

We have just returned from our third stay here. The hotel is easily reached by bus, tram, MTR and taxi, opposite the Happy Valley racecourse and is really popular. They have been renovating the rooms floor by floor so sometimes a swathe of floors are out of use. Noisy work is only done during the hours of 10-6 so it... More

My husband and I visited Hong Kong during the month of April 2014. This hotel is reasonably priced. We were not satisfied with our room upon arrival and therefore requested a change of rooms as soon as one became available. After the room change took place, the staff took care of moving our belongings, which was greatly appreciated. I highly... More

Room was ready when we arrived. No problems getting into the room. Good size and looked out over the race track. Clean room. Wifi was included as the room was a deluxe room. Great service. Would recommend it.

Centrally located, good service, good value for the money. Breakfast is fine. We got a family room for 5 (2 adults and 3 schildren). The only issue was the lack of subway station at immediate proximity to thehotel. We enjoyed our stay with our family and recommend that hotel!

My parents and I stayed at this hotel for 1 week in a triple room. When we first arrived, they gave us the wrong room ( different from what we ordered), claiming that it is of the same price. But after requesting to be given the room we actually booked, they immidialtly sorted things out for us. The staff at... More

I stayed here recently on my way back from Aus to UK. I arrived early in the morning; way before normal check in time. The staff on the front desk were very helpful and able to source a room within 30 minutes; whilst I waited I was able to use the wifi in the lobby and help myself to coffee/soft... More

We stayed at the Cosmopolitan on our way back to Australia after visiting China. Although this is not as luxurious nor trendy as many other hotels in Hong Kong, the rooms were comfortable and all we needed for our short stay. The staff members were absolutely amazing, very polite and patient. This hotel, for whatever reason, was incredibly busy with... More
