Had a really nice 4 day stay on floor 21. The views over Happy Valley Racecourse and Causeway Bay Centre were utterly stunning. The room was beautiful, if rather small, but very comfortable for 1. The service was most efficient and breakfast excellent.

My friend and I booked here for an 11 night stay for November 2014. We took a room at the rear of the building with no view (with windows frosted over) which was fine with us as we were only using it as a base to explore Hong Kong and surrounds. The room was very nice and clean, with updated... More

This is a decent hotel situated fairly centrally in Hong Kong Island. The major plus for us was the complimentary smart phone, which was such a useful extra for us as tourists. I hope more hotels around the world start to offer this. Once you realise most places are not that far away, walking is a definite option, and taxis... More

Nice place, I stayed on the 20th floor which I believe was recently renovated, cause not all the rooms look the same. Best feature: They give you an android phone to use which you're staying there, which can dial local numbers, and find your way around. I didn't realize this until I got a bill for using the landline for... More

Situated a little out of the heart of things, but opposite Happy Valley and on the tram route. It’s a good quality hotel with very helpful staff. The shuttle bus from Central and Wanchai station very helpful as taking large bags on the MTR would be a challenge. We booked directly with the hotel rather than via a broker website,... More

Stay in newly renovated room overlooking the Happy Valley for 4 nights, everything was clean and nice and they're using Simmons bed and mattress. Don't know why people complaining on wifi and sitting at the lobby as the smart phone provided can be use as wifi hot spot for all your devices inside out(you may bring along with you whole day)and... Stayed there for 4 nights with my family. Booked family room for 4 people. We were given newly refurbished room, which is really great. They even give you an android phone to use while you're in Hong Kong. As for the location, the closest MTR station is Causeway Bay; around 10-12 minutes walk. Couple of minutes walk to Time Square.... More

The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious for Honk Kong. The breakfast is not much and awfully expensive, is better to go out anywere else. During the Fairs the hotel is very expensive, but otherwise is ok. I tried several hotels in the past four years, but Cosmopolitan is the best.

This is a good hotel in Hong Kong Island, family room are quite nice and the service is quite good. The location is about 10 minutes walking distance from Causeway bay or Wanchai MTR station but they have a complimentary shuttle bus service every 30 minutes. Price is good and the overall experience is ok.

The rooms are clean & presentable, if you are sharing a Deluxe it can be a little tight so consider individual rooms if you are staying more than two nights. The bathroom is very limited for space you can just dry yourself without falling on to the toilet. If your not the adventurous type them this place is not for... More
