Prior to booking, we read the reviews on this site which greatly assisted in getting the best value for our stay. We booked via the hotel directly which gave us a good discount, free room wifi and free breakfast. We requested Happy Valley view on a floor far from renovation and away from lift and all these were honoured which... More

Arrived and felt unwelcomed. No smiles, or happy face just the business of getting you checked in as soon as possible. The room was nicely laid out, but over looked the cemetery! Wasn't too bothered as we were on the 23rd floor!! Breakfast was something of a joke. Not enough room for all the guests so had to wait to... More

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and is a great location. I stayed on a room only basis but did pay for breakfast the first morning and it was ok but not really worth the money so chose to eat out the rest of the time at breakfast. The rooms are clean, spacious and large in size with... More

We chose this hotel because of their family package. We were looking for a decently priced hotel in hong kong that had 2 doubles or 2 queens. Were drawn in by their family friendly package. Location: PROS: It's in the hong kong side, right next to the happy valley racecourse. The kids got a kick out of seeing a horserace... More

Would I stay her again? Probably not. The location can either be convenient or inconvenient depending on how much walking you so, it's about 10-15 minutes from the subway by foot. There are shuttles, but operating around a schedule is a bit awkward. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful. Room was clean and smelled ok, bathroom was ok for... More

Booked this hotel many months ago on a non-refundable deal directly with the hotel. On arrival I negotiated an upgrade which got me a room on the 25th Floor (recently renovated) with superb views across the racecourse and looking towards Causeway Bay. The upgrade deal also included breakfast. The good : > the room itself (whilst on the small side)... More

A good place to base yourself when visiting Hong Kong. We found the location convenient for accessing the city and its attractions, especially if using Hong Kong's fantastic public transport system. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, our room although compact was clean and comfortable, plus we had great views over the race course.

Generally this is quite a nice hotel with comfortable rooms, shuttle buses to various places and not far from Wan Chai and other attractions. The rooms are pretty good except for the fully tinted/blocked windows so you don't get any view and you can't even see what the weather is like outside - what is the deal with that??? The... More

Recently stayed at the Cosmopolitan Hotel for four nights in a Grand Deluxe Family Quad Room as we were a family of four (two small children aged 4 and 6) travelling together. We were on the highest floor, level 25, which offered a great view over the city and partially over Happy Valley racecourse. Our room request was accomodated which... More
