I stayed here recently on my way back from Aus to UK. I arrived early in the morning; way before normal check in time. The staff on the front desk were very helpful and able to source a room within 30 minutes; whilst I waited I was able to use the wifi in the lobby and help myself to coffee/soft... More

We stayed at the Cosmopolitan on our way back to Australia after visiting China. Although this is not as luxurious nor trendy as many other hotels in Hong Kong, the rooms were comfortable and all we needed for our short stay. The staff members were absolutely amazing, very polite and patient. This hotel, for whatever reason, was incredibly busy with... More

It is just a normal maybe 3-4 star hotel in the city with common hotel rooms with a bed, TV and a desk. But what I find very interesting about this particular hotel is that it has this very strong ladies' perfume scent in the lobby every time I went down or came back with a taxi. It was the... More

Although this hotel is right on a crossroads it is within walking distance of all amenities. The rooms are spacious and very clean, we were impressed by the staff politeness. The hotel shuttle bus can get you to various destinations including the MTR from which you can access just about all your touristy sights. We stayed three nights on out... More

We stayed at this hotel going and returning from the UK. The rooms are quite compact but very clean and the service in all areas is excellent. The breakfasts are very good but we didn't care for our dinner much.My stir fry shrimps and vegetables had just two pieces of spring onion in...,hardly 'vegetables'. This hotel is an hour or... More

This is about as good a mid-priced hotel as you will find in Hong Kong. Have stayed there before...so repeat business for them. It is nothing special, but the rooms are clean, the staff efficient and friendly, and it has easy access to Causeway Bay. Taxis are easy enough to catch just outside the hotel along Queens Rd East a... More

Hotel is good, staff is friendly. But rooms are very very small It's like matchbox, if you are planning for 2 to 3 days, then this is not the correct hotel. I took a room which is just 2 single beds and a space to keep shoes, that's it. Amenities are good.

We stayed here for 4 nights, having two rooms overlooking Happy Valley racecourse on 18th floor. I would recommend to anyone! It is a quieter (if that is possible) area on HK island. That said, we could easily get around. Straight on the trolley / tram line from Kennedy Town to Happy Valley you can get anywhere, including Wan Chai... More

In July we travelled with 2 adults and 2 children and booked the family room for 5 nights at Cosmopolitan Hotel in Wan Chai, Hong Kong island. The hotel fully met our expectations and even exceeded them on some points. Positives: + Clean spacious room with 2 large beds, perfect for a family! + As promised in the family room... More
