Recently stayed at the Cosmopolitan Hotel for four nights in a Grand Deluxe Family Quad Room as we were a family of four (two small children aged 4 and 6) travelling together. We were on the highest floor, level 25, which offered a great view over the city and partially over Happy Valley racecourse. Our room request was accomodated which... More

First impressions are important! Joe dealt with our accommodation error from the UK efficiently and patiently, ensuring our stay got off to a good start. The hotel is clean, situated in a good location with the bonus of a free shuttle bus, and very helpful staff. Our room on the 18th floor overlooking Happy Valley was lovely.

We booked Cosmopolitan Hotel Hong Kong via Diamond International Resort, our timeshare company using points trade. The hotel staff made us feel right at home! The Guest Services Manager Kane Ng greeted us with warm welcome. From reception, concierge, bell service, to breakfast cafeteria, we encountered nothing but friendly and thoughtful professional services. The hotel is conveniently located in Hong... More

Good and comfortable hotel. Stayed in room 2322 recently. Very fast and efficient check-out. Helpful and friendly staff. Strong and reliable wifi internet in the rooms and lobby. Shuttle buses conveniently takes you to the nearest MTR station and also various popular spots. Only suggestion for improvement is perhaps to make shuttle bus 1 more frequent than every 45 minutes... Stayed here for 5 nights and was happy with our choice. On arrival we were upgraded to a Happy Valley view room on one of the highest floors which was a bonus. The room was a good size by Hong Kong standards and was tastefully furnished. Breakfast was a bit average but acceptable. The location is great, tram station across... More

We chose this hotel for the quad room, it's very hard to find rooms in Hong Kong which allow two adults and two children, the location was great for us, we could walk to MTR and explore along the way, the tram was right outside the door so for $1AUS you could get all the way to central, there were... We stayed in a family quad room (2 queen sized beds) for 5 nights, on the 23rd floor. This floor has been updated, and so room was very comfortable (though not huge). The thoughtful extra touches for the kids are good - kid sized bathrobes & slippers, kids toiletries, snack box & welcome teddy bear. We used the baby sitting... More

Stayed for 2 nights for business. First the location isn't good as there are not lot amenities around (nearest cafe is about 8-10 mins walk) and it's far from the nearest underground. The room is small and a bit smell. The room is not what I would call clean...I definitely found human hair on the bed as soon as I... More

Dear Vivian, Thank you for your comments. We regret to know that your stay didn’t quite meet your expectation this time. First of all, there is actually an array of localised bistros and boutiques on the short way towards the nearest Causeway Bay subway station, which I hope you had the chance to explore next time. Regarding the room hygiene... More

We stayed in Cosmopolitan for total of 7 nights. Location is ideal when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of Causeway Bay area. It is about 10mins walk to the nearest MTR station. However one can hop on to a public bus which ply around the city. The bus stop is around the corner of the... More
