Location is good because its near the Yau Ma Tei Station which is just a 3 mins walk away to the hotel using Exit C..Bus Stop of Bus A21 in going back to the airport is outside the hotel and at the door step of the hotel is the taxi waiting area. Plenty of food stalls beside and at the... More

This location is only good for its location which is close to the MTR. Its a 2mins walk to Yau Ma Teh MTR. It is also very near to Temple Street. The Airport Bus A21 stop (from hotel to Airport) is just outside the hotel. However, the hotel is very small, wifi connection weak, corridor is noisy as room doors... More

Positives - 1. Great location, 3 mins walk to Yau Ma Tei station. Good number of food locations around eg. Supreme beef brisket noodles, Hing Kee 2. Relatively clean. Room service is diligent, with them changing towels and providing new bedroom slippers each night. Bed is also clean and comfortable. Negatives - 1. Relatively small room for the price paid.... Positive - Keeping in mind that this is a low-budget room in Hong Kong, it was nice, clean and cozy. Kind size bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and renovated. Room it self was clean and decent size (we stayed on the 12th floor, not sure if that makes any difference). There's no mini bar but there is a... More

Except the location which was really great, I do not see anything positive in this hotel. You need to wait 10 min to get hot water in your shower. This is possible in evening while in morning you can wait 20 min and you still get cold water. Very noisy due to Nathan road. Very small rooms on which you... More

I just need a short business trip to Hong Kong on mid of November and need to stay near MTR station but not too close to Central or Mongkok!, Concluded with this King De Nathan Hotel. A small budget price but located at Nathan Road near Yau Ma Tei Station. Very Convenience one I can tell. A small lobby but... More

We had a corner room with 2 single beds which was really uncomfortable, although the room seemed to be renovated. Plus: Location is 5 mins walk to Yau Ma Tei MRT, cafes and restaurants nearby Minus: Unclean pillow and bedsheets, mattress that is too soft, mouldy shower curtain, dirty carpet (but house keeper vacuumed after complaint), small room Overall impression... Stayed between 22-27 Nov 2014 Hotel is clean. Staff is good and responsive. Location is super good. Just 3 mins walk to Yau Ma Tei MTR. Buses to airport like A21 is right infront of hotel. Temple Street just behind the hotel. Food easily can get around the area. Very safe location for travelers, even after midnight. Room is small... More

Staying here now from 18-21 nov. Had a morning flight therefore reach hotel early. But was told that check in was 2. The hotel is small. For Singaporean. The reception area is smaller then ur living room. (I'm serious) and there's only one lift up. And it's small and slow. (5 pax max. Without luggage) the room we were given... More

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighborhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighborhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamorous or busy as its neighbors Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighborhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighborhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
