I am a regular traveller but this is my first Tripadvisor review. I stayed at this property as a corporate customer. I felt compelled to write this because accommodation providers should not be allowed to get away with this sort of thing. Firstly, the minor faults that I experienced during my stay: 1. The rooms are nothing like the pics.... More

Arrived for a 4 night stay, the room is really small, bathrooms are tiny and the shower stall is very narrow, did not look like any of the photos. The lobby looked great though. The first night we arrived there was a notice for 'flushing maintenance works' which already sounded dubious, that night the 2nd floor flooded the only 2... More

Little Chic' City hotel in a hustle-bustle of Hongkong Island. The hotel does not have a restaurant, therefore no breakfast and no room service. It doesn't have swimming pool nor bar. However, The hotel offers me daily afternoon coffee and tea. In the room, they provides a free 'handy mobile' to use. which comes very handy to see what's going... More

Was recommended to try the VW2 and did. What a surprise - a great little boutique Hotel with great rooms, that are large by HK standards. Very cool design, well appointed, well finished, well maintained - very good. When we booked I thought Wan Chai might be a bit iffy but it has come ahead leaps and bounds and is... More

We used this hotel as a base for a 3 day stay in Hong Kong and were more than happy with it. The Hotel is well located within 2 minutes walk to Wan Chai MTR station (Exit A5). On arrival we were upgraded to a better room and on the 20th floor with mountain view. Concierge and Reception staff all... More

I always like the smaller boutique hotels better. Why? Because you are treated like a guest, not a number. Great location, in the middle of the busy Wan Chai district. Close to shops, subway and restaurants. It is always about first impressions. When you enter the lobby there are beautiful flowers with a wonderful smell. Nice and very friendly staff.... More

The location is pretty convenient- wan chai mtr is approx 5 mins away by foot. Very friendly and hospitable service staff. The room was rather spatious & comfortable. The free minibar refill & provision of a washer/dryer within the room was a bonus, especially since it was pouring cats & dogs during our stay. Minor points which could be improved... More

Simply great ! Clean, large room newly remodeled ! Room rate more than inexpensive for HK standards ! Compared to many other HK hotels with large rooms this is a bargain. Bathroom with rainshower, tub, separate WC and huge lavatory area ( 2 sinks ! ). I'll be back !

The location of the hotel is nearing MTR station and the exhibition center. Although the hotel didn't provide breakfast, it was convenient to eat out. The rooms and the lobby were well-furbished and clean. However, there were only 2 lifts for the entire building (31F), and we had to wait for a moment every time we went out. Lastly, the... More
