The best thing about the Lodge is the location and the staff performance. A21 from the airport stops along the main road, a few minutes walk from the hotel. It is 8 stops from the airport. Pay by Octopus card. You can get one of those from the airport. For return journey to airport, the bus stop is just across... More

Location is good near yau ma tei mtr and there are lots foods to eat and near to conventient stores, beddings are good, supplies of water and coffee tea everyday, But you can hear the noise outside and need to deposit 500 hkd and only few channels on television and poor signal of wifi, during our stay.

We used the lodge as our base for our 4 day-stay in Hong Kong. Pros: nice new rooms, excellent location, great value for Hong Kong Cons: No real breakfast (just prep-packed snacks), reception only open between 9am-4pm

Rooms are very clean since newly renovated. Very good value for HK standards. Size of room is decent enough. Reception guy (Johnny) was very helpful and accomodating. And can speak good english. Loved the location. 2min walk to yau ma tei MTR. Hotel has no restaurant but alot can be found nearby. Cons: 4 english channel No bidet in toilet... More

Staff was helpful. Clean rooms and bathroom too. Breakfast was good but not much option for vegetarians. In Main city so close to mostly all shops and restaurants. Everything within walking distance. With internet facility as well. We travelled in 2010 december. (Don't have this in options provided)

At a very convenient location, close to MTR (subway). Free Wifi, Reasonable cafeteria and most of all, very helpful staff witha genuine intention to offer for help. Will definitely consider staying there on my next visit. Travelling with two little kids, I could see how comfortable the entire stay was. i stayed there for 4 nights.

The room is small and the bathroom even smaller by USA standards. The price is reasonable for what you get. It is central to Hong Kong, very close to the subway station. Staying in Kowloon is much cheaper. Great location. I found the beds to be really hard hence my sleep was not what I would have liked.

This hotel is quite old and really needs renovation. But since it's run by the Salvation Army, I doubt it will happen any time soon, due to finances. It's a pity, because, like it's next door neighbour, Caritas Bianchi Hotel (Spelling?) it's a great location, it's about 30-40 metres from Nathan Rd so it's really close to Nathan rd and... More

Staff is friendly and helpful and room is simple but large, clean, and comfortable. Relatively (this is Hong Kong!) inxpensive. Conviently, Booth Lodge is very close to a skytrain station and within walking distance to Temple St market and Kowloon Park. If your OK to walk 20-30 min you can get to the Cultural Centre, Star Ferry terminus, and East... More
