I'm staying in the Hotel right now and for the prize is magnificent. Everything it's very clean and well put together but the most great thing about it, is the huge window on my 16th floor room. The view is just breathtaking and the bed is very comfortable and right next to the window.

Travel agent recommended this place not sure why as no tours pick up from here. Basic but ok. Not really near to anything so had to taxi everywhere. Maybe better for a business traveler. Breakfast food was included in our stay but terrible food. Eggs greasy, pancakes could double as a frisbee.

Price: We paid 110 USD for a superior room + crib per night. Location: Perfect convenient location for sightseeing, visiting the most attraction & places around. Only few minutes walking distance to the next train station. Facilities: Free Wi-Fi and internet only in the lobby, for room they charge 15 USD per day, that's embarrassing for this standard. Airconditioning available,... More

Bad news first: There is no wi-fi in the room unless you buy it and the rooms are quite small (not that small if you are used to Hong Kong). Also the lobby will always be siberia-freezing, but that's a common evil in the Hong-Kong/China/Macau area so that's not on the hotel management, it's just the cultural clash. The good... More

The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean. comfortable and quiet (except that can occasionally hear plumbing noises). The position is good if you want mid level... not much in area--coffee bars shops etc. It was convenient for what i needed. About 15min walk to Central. few minutes in taxi. The price was good- so good value

Staff are all excellent. Was able to check in very early at 0900. Room is big. House keeping is great. Although far from MTR you can take 12A bus to it from 0700-0000. A HK $4.30 fee. You can also walk but to MTR but do it only from Hotel to central not the other way around since its uphill.... More

We chose to stay at the deluxe room which apparently only differs from the standard room because of the view. We ended up paying 50% more than our friends who not only had a more interesting view (and quite similar to ours) but also got a double bed when we got two singles. When we requested the change, the staff... More

I stayed one night as a solo traveler. I needed a place downtown as this was recommended by a friend and sort of fit my budget (considering everything in HK is expensive). In hindsight I maybe should have just saved a bit more and stayed at a hostel. It was nice enough but basic. Room was big and clean. But... More

This is a good 30 minute walk to the nearest MTR. These days all hotels offer free WiFi but here you have to pay extra HKD100 per night for WiFi if you need it in your room. They offer free WiFi in the lobby, but you wouldn't want to go to the lobby every time you want to access internet... More

I had the unfortunate experience of staying here for 6 nights for work purposes. When I arrived was told there isn't any room service. The rooms was freezing they sent someone up who couldn't fix it and they didn't bother to try again. The room was dirty, carpets were dirty, kitchen as filthy and there was mould in the bathroom...
