Stayed here for 3 nights early May this year. This judgement done comparing this hotel and the other hotel i spend the night before. The room size, slightly bigger, just enough for two to move around. Facilities is sufficient. Free to use smart phone quite a help. Location wise, good enough for me for the price. Overall, good place to... More

It was very noisy and at same time crowdie of people that not cares with surrounds people. One important aspect its the facilities. This hotel is not a friendly hotel for carrying babies. 1st the front stairs became one big obstacle to up and down with babycar. The rooms, even in club or lounge area, are too small to have... Stayed there for business. It's a bit of a walk to the mtr and not much around the area. But a nice clean hotel for the price. I would stay there again just for the price. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. I had a low level room with no view:(

I had stayed in the hotel for 6 days. Service was great and room was clean and big. The attraction of the hotel is it's location. MTR, buses, ferry....all are accessible in 1-2 km. The handy smart phone which had unlimited 4G was of great help. Thumbs up!!!

I booked 6 nights on Booking.com and everything was like it was said to be. I was granted everything I asked for. The room was big, clean and had a city view. The hotel is in a touristic area and close to everything, esp. the MTR. The staff was very nice and warm, esp. Martha from customer's service. She gave... More

I was having a bad impression by reading the reviews for this hotel before my arrival. But I was glad it does not seem as bad as some of the negative reviews. The room was actually very spacious for Hong Kong hotel standard wise. The hotel staff is very helpful on my inquiry. Everyday there is housekeeping and the bathroom... More

The rooms were clean and satisfactory. I initially booked a smoking room, but I had to change it to nonsmoking as the smell of stake cigarette smoke was insufferable. The staff were very accommodating. I would not recommend getting the free breakfast package, as the hotel does not offer much variety in its breakfast buffet menu. Still, the hotel has... More

The location is pretty good, about 5 minutes walk to the bustling Nathan Road, then a further 5 minutes to either Tsim Sha Tsui or Jordan MTR stations. There's bars and restaurants nearby, and more shops than anyone could possibly need. I stayed in a standard double room, which was quite small, but that's to be expected in a part... More

place is ok if you need to go to HongKong for business trip, hotel is clean rooms are related to other hotel I normally stay very small. Closed to ferry terminal you can get everywhere you want in short time, therefore I will come back if I need to travel to Hongkong again.

I enjoy staying here especially on the club level. Some rooms have a "Handi". It's a free cellphone in the room for you to use. ( 4g Internet included). You can also call China, Hong Kong and the US for free! Breakfast can be better)
