I've been at this hotel a few times and think it is above average for budget hotels in Hong Kong. One thing to consider, though, is the location. There is no MTR stop in Happy Valley so to get to the MTR you need to get a taxi or take a bus. Taxi to the nearest MTR station (Wanchai) is... More

The hotel is in general good. I had quite small room, but for solo traveller it was really enaugh. The only one thing in the room I did not like is the fact, thah I couldnt open the window. Very friendly staff including reception, restaurant, door man, house keeping etc... I liked the area in which is hotel situated. There... More

The hotel is just enough for rest or sleep stays. The hotel was a bit away from HongKong Central but trams can be found nearby. Make sure to choose the perfect room with a good window that will help you see through Happy Valley area. The receptionists and hotel staffs (e.g food service crew) are courteous but have slight difficulty... More

We stayed here a while back and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms aren't too small, the service is good and the airco won't freeze you. The old fashioned trams stop a minute or so down the road and take you to the business centre & ferry's. Happy Valley is the big horse race park.

We stayed there during four nights, although it is not in the heart of Hong Kong, it has a few things that make it easier to move around. For one the hotel offers a shuttle that runs all morning and can leave you at key places such as the IFC mall, Hong Kong station and Times Square, among others. Furthermore... More

Good location, Nice staff. Nice rooms. the restaurant is excellent and has one Michelin star. IT's not a 5 star, but still I think the service is good. Breakfast is good. Beds: 4. a bit hard. The air condition rattled. that's a bit annoying. The reception staff is a bit non-smiling, but it's ok. excellent for Our purpose, which was... More

Good location, with plenty of restaurants, supermarket, all withing walking distance. There is a very frequent bus stop just right infront of the hotel which takes you to Causeway Bay in 10 minutes, costing 3-4 HK dolar. Staff are extremely friendly, room very cosy with small beds though. Would defo stay in this hotel considering its price and the fact... More

Excellent location due to easy access to supermarket and with cabs easily flagged down. Check in service was efficient but smiling and greeting from receptionists is a hard-to-come-by commodity. Wonder why they are so stingy with welcoming smiles at least for guests since they are front-line staff. Room cleanliness is good despite poor noise insulation. We knew how long our... More
