The location is very good on the Kowloon side of the harbour. Kowloon is a business, shopping and entertainment area, much of which is within walking distance, and a cab cue at the front door. The rooms are small; but, what you would expect in an older hotel. The hotel & towers are well maintained & comfortable. The Oyster Bar... More

Very nice inside. Chic looking hotel, with very nice rooms. Outside of the hotel needs a bit of a cleaning, but you can't beat the location! Go up to the bar at the top of the hotel and have a drink while watching the lights show over the harbor.

This hotel has kind of become my official hotel for leisure/shopping trips down to Hong Kong. Lost count on the number stays there now and it never disappoints. Excellent location, efficient and friendly staffs, comfortable Sheraton's signature "Heavenly Bed", good breakfast spread, ample F&B choices within the hotel building and now with Sogo department stores in the same building, what... I stayed just one night in this hotel. I chose it because of its location close to the things I needed to do for my layover in Hong Kong. The hotel is in Kowloon and if you take the Airport Express train to Kowloon station there is a free hotel shuttle that will take you right to the property. It... More

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and enjoyed every trip. Get a room with a harbor view if possible. There are good restaurants within the hotel and the staff is friendly. If you can get a towers room, you'll also be able to enjoy the guest lounge with snacks and a cocktail hour, also with a great view.... More

This hotel was in a great location! Short drives to all parts of the city. Right across the street was a very cool river walk. The room was very nice and the bathroom was large. The gym was amazing (but small) with great views. The pool was on the 18th floor, right upstairs from the gym. The pool had a... More

I stayed in this hotel for a leisure trip to Hong Kong. The hotel is near the subway station and close to a lot of shopping as well. The best part of my stay was the excellent service from the concierge desk as they provided outstanding information about local sites, restaurants, and directions. The only negative thing I will say... More

I spent the first night here during my last visiting to Hong Kong. Despite expense, the Victoria Habour view and the location deserves a stay with my parents, who are both over sixty and neither experience Hong Kong before. It was, I thought, a good start for them to observe and realize what travelers expect from Hong Kong. Except hotels... More

The Sheraton is just across the road from the promenade (Avenue of the Stars), across the street from the Peninsula hotel, a short 5-minute walk from the Star ferry, and at the end of Nathan Road with all the shopping. All in all the location was great for Kowloon. I chose the Sheraton primarily for the location and Harbor view... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in room 1089 in the Towers. Specifically, I was upgraded to a suite that was very clean and stylish. Albeit, the bathroom, while spacious, had some funky fixtures. The room has a view of the courtyard and a building which is undergoing renovation. Check in was quite quick and efficient. Breakfast selection was adequate,... More
