Stayed here for 4D3N for business meetings. Room is relatively big for Hong Kong's standard in my opinion. The room is clean and well equipped with the necessary amenities. Great customer service, wide selection for breakfast (food is good too!), internet connection is stable and fast (no complains). You can get to shopping malls and eateries within 10-15 mins walk.

Hotel is close to Kowloon waterfront and a 10 min walk to the star ferry. Free airport express shuttle also stops right by the hotel. Executive floor rooms were worthwhile - small but comfortable and give access to executive lounge for breakfast, tea and cocktail hour. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and very helpful, particularly in executive lounge. Not... More

The Towers (or the suites) at the hotel. Was in China / Hong Kong for a week. Had a couple different stays. The front desk staff works very hard. The bar at the top of the hotel offer some great views and drinks. Seems to be a place with lots of locals too. Had a chance to eat at the... More

We stayed here for 3 days in November, and it was perfect for a short visit to Hong Kong. The view over the harbor is stunning, and the location is excellent; less than 10 minutes walk to the Star Ferry Terminal along the harbor front one way, and up Nathan Road the other - the Jade Market and Temple Night... Stayed at the Sheraton for a couple of days on my way home from a business trip. First impressions were great. The lobby was looked classy and the reception staff were very welcoming. As with all the SPG hotels I've stayed at the hotel staff were excellent in terms of going out of their way to say hello and make... More

I have stayed here at least 1/2 dozen times. The room are not very large, but it is Hong Kong so relatively speaking they are not bad. The top floor bar has one of the better views in the city and the food there is good as well. They have a great dim sum menu. It is also attached to... More

Stopped into the Sheraton in Hong Kong on our way home from Jakarta and Bali few weeks back and had a great breakfast overlooking the HK harbor. Great value. Hong Kong is such a beautiful city I have been going the for over 25 years and love it every time I go.

Second time at this hotel, and it's even better. This hotel may not have the glamour of other hotels in the city, but it's a solid choice and you won't be disappointed. Location is really good: connected to two subway lines, and walking distance from the Star Ferry and a high-end mall. Stayed in the Towers Level: the service was... More

The Sheraton is a nice hotel, great buffet in the cafe on L2, nice location near the water and Nathan Road and close to walking subways. Room was good, great pillows! and they had well equipped fitness centre, with free weights, machines and spin cycles and other assorted stuff. very well recommended. Also had a great little free phone in... More
