Booked using Expedia and stayed for a couple of nights. I had stayed here many years ago and decided that I would stick with what I knew. The rooms are a good size and very clean. My advice is to book the executive rooms on the 18th which provide free wifi and breakfast as well as tiffin and cocktails on... More

Stayed 4 nights in the hotel with 2 young kids. Was allocated a room on Level 8 (pool level). The stay could have been better if not for the renovation works which started as early as 7.20am. The drilling woke us from slumberland. It was a daily affair which lasted an hour each day. Just couldn't understand why can't they... More

I have stayed at this hotel every six months since 2008 for about one week for each visit. I have enjoyed every visit and I have very few complaints. The hotel is always clean, the staff are generally polite, attentive and responsive to requests. The hotel facilities are excellent. I have stayed in a number of room types and I... More

We booked our hotel via Agoda and we didn't regret it because the hotel is good with a shopping mall attached to it, and plenty of night market near the hotel. The staff is courteous, rooms clean and has a bigger space compared to other hotels in hongkong. The free shuttle bus is very accommodating and clean. The tour group... More

The hotel is so clean, Hong Kong is so clean, what a city, public transport is second to none, we had such a luxurious room, great views of the city, eating and drinking is quite expensive in the hotel but outside the hotel everywhere is so so cheap, there is a shopping mall joined to the hotel, its fantastic, great... Stayed here for 6 nights with 2 young children in a family room as a base for exploring Hong Kong. The family room consisted of a queen sized bed and a double bed. There was a large fridge and a small kitchenette. The room is not overly large though we still managed to fit in a baby cot which was... More

I stayed here for 5 nights and had a very pleasant stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was easily accessible via the Airport Express, there's also a free shuttle bus (K5) that picks you up and drops you off at the Airport Express station. The location of this hotel is great for exploring the flower market and ladies market.... More

the rooms are huge compare to other HK hotel. 2x the size of avg hong kong hotel. This hotel has it all, pool, gym, sauna, etc. Royal plaza connected to the New Century mall and East Mong Kong MTR station. But u can walk to the regular Mong Kong station ( about 10 mins) on the walkway bridge. Or u... More

I was very satisfied with the room as it's not easy to find a hotel that comes with spacious rooms for 4 family members. Furthermore it's so convenience as it's very near to MTR station and easily accessible to shopping mall (Just right beside the hotel) and all the restaurants and food stores which were recommended all over internet. I'm... More
