The great thing about this hotel is its location, above the ocean ferry terminal in TST (so very easy to get to Macau) and also right on Canton Road, providing easy access to lots of shopping and the beautiful Kowloon Park. The rooms are comfortable but not very big. Storage may be an issue for some as the wardrobe is... More

The service, attention to detail, view and room were all excellent as was the price. I felt it was great value for money. Depending on what you want to do and see in Hong Kong, the location is excellent for shopping and only a 15-min walk to the ferry. The extra I paid for a harbour view as worth it.

Chose this hotel due to location for a business trip I was on and was not disappointed. The location was ideal on the very trendy Canton Road with its designer shops all around and also near to my office for the week. The hotel itself was spacious, offered free wifi to use in the room and was well air conditioned.... More

I have chosen this hotel because it has the ferry terminal for my convenient transfer to Macau. Room was good and the service also with prompt response. The staff are good and very helpful and wifi at lobby is good till the time of check in into room. Lobby is wide in 2 parts of the tower. The ferry side... More

This hotel is right on Canton Road, a couple of blocks away from the shops on Nathan and next door to the Ocean Terminal. Great shopping and restaurants surround you. Nice bar downstairs for a cool beer after a hot day touring. Then, walk out the the attached walkway above the ferry terminal and watch the sunset. Photographers will want... More

The rooms are pretty small but the location is perfect to catch the ferry to Macau and great for shopping that is why we have chosen the hotel. Also its walking distance to the beautiful Kowloon Park, right on Canton Road and Harbour City isn't far. My parents are vegan, we had breakfasts twice and the staffs are very nice... More

This is my 2nd stay with the hotel. On the first night, I stayed in one of the room in Tower Wing. Unfortunately, the sound from the air conditioning was too loud. The buttons on the side table was faulty and creating "tick tick" noises during the night which frightened me as I am travelling alone. The 2nd day, front... More

I was pleasantly surprised by the improved service at this hotel. Neither my check in or checkout had the previously common long lines. I arrived by ferry downstairs at the China Ferry terminal and was in my room in 15 minutes or less. The reception and bell desks were well staffed and things ran smoothly. The free wifi was fast... Nice hotel. Great service. Be sure to stay in the Towers Wing. Nicer rooms and the executive floor is worth it with the free breakfast. Convenient to the ferry or train to China, and great shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed staying here. The service was great. Staff were helpful. It's very central to the city and easy to get to. Rooms had everything we needed and the price was right. There are lots of great eating, shopping and touring places near.
