booked into this hotel for a couple of nights to be near the harbour for NYE and no regrets. stayed in the deluxe harbour view room and definitely worth it given the space and view. [Note - you are unable to view the NYE fireworks even from the harbour view room. But the hotel is within walking distance to the... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in July 2015 at a level 20 primer room. The room has a nice view of the city and the Kowloon park. Wifi speed (broadband w cable provided too), table, room cleanliness, lightnings, TV, bed, bathtub, mini-fridge, safe box are all excellent. Very suitable for business trips. Check-in and out are fast.... More

From Hong Kong airport you take a quick train to Kowloon ($90HK) and get a free shuttle bus that takes you to the hotel. Very convenient! The hotel is in a good location - right on the water with great views of the city. The hotel restaurant had delicious food and there were many local places to eat. I was... More

From the time we exited the airport to the time we returned to check in at the airport the service we received was excellent We booked Limousine return transfers from the hotel site. We stayed between July 2 and July 11 2015 in a Towers Harbour Suite this included Club access. Our suite overlooked Hong Kong harbour so we watched... More

Stayed at The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers on 3 occasions for business and pleasure over the last 3 years. The rooms are generally small but the location is perfect to catch the ferry to Macau and that is why we have chosen the hotel. Also its walking distance to the beautiful Kowloon Park, right on Canton Road and Harbour... More

This is a very busy hotel located very close to the harbour and only a few hundred yards from where the ferry from mainland China docks. The hotels bars are very pleasant, though expensive as most local bars are. I found the room a little disappointing as it was small and had a very small bathroom, but this is Hong... More

I have reviewed this hotel numerous times...always very complimentary and praising it's quality..............BUT......not this time! My wife made this booking on my behalf, but we were arriving separately, she from mainland China and me internationally from the airport. Despite showing my iPrestige member card she was told quite impolitely 'check-in is at 3pm......you'll have to wait' I arrived at 2.45pm,... More

No complaints whatsoever, comfortable and clean bed with good linen, adequate bathroom facilities, fantastic breakfast spread which includes Western and Asian foods, breakfast was the highlight of the day. Buffet for dinner was really great although expensive (but worth it)

Had the opportunity of staying in this hotel several times during last 04 years. Very good location for business as well as for shopping. Ferry to go main land China is in the down stair. Shuttle bus service to and from Airport makes the traveling much easy.I cannot forget the grand breakfast with several choices.
