Im always booked here for my business trip. They have a bus/shuttle service as you get to the airport This is in the heart of Kowloon hotel and its beside Marco Polo Gateway and very accessible to the tourist shopping district like Grandville, Nathan road and near the TST H&M store. Macau terminal is just below the hotel. Their buffet... More

Royal Pacific a Hotel is located in the same building as the China-Hongkong Ferry Terminal, great for traveling to port cities in China along the Pearl River. There is an enclosed shopping Mall with restaurants, shopping and convenient stores. The Ocean Center Shopping Mall is next door with hundreds of high end retail stores and restaurants. Taxi, buses and subway... More

We spent 3 nights at this big, well placed and busy hotel which earns its 4 stars. Our arrival was into a cramped lobby area and was all rather chaotic. The room was clean and well fitted but on the small side at about 180 sq. feet. Breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice and good ingredients but at about... More

The hotel is built on top of a mall that is the ferry terminal to Macau and other locations. Access to the hotel lobby is through a the hotel's own ground floor entrance or through the mall. The hotel has two wings, Hotel and Tower. Our room (in the Tower) was spacious, clean and modern. I recommend staying at the... More

Location is really good. Bed is comfortable, breakfast is varied but no thrills. Nice staff! Rooms are big, but you can easily hear the neighbors and what goes on behind the door. Also, staying at the 10 floor makes you hear the bar downstairs, not pleasant. This is my second stay, but due to the noise level I will try... More

Reception was very efficient, ad a welcome smile never goes amiss. Concierge was very efficiet, briging the cases up with us, and explaiing all facilities. The room (as all HK rooms seem to be small) was on the larger size, although there could have been more storage( a personal opinion only) We were on 22nd floor, but did nt get... More

Excellent location but difficult hotel to move around. First to leave the hotel if you are in the towers you must to go down , then to cross to the other building then take another elevator down to the street level. We wasn't able to have dinner in their Pier Restaurant, every single night there was a private party and... More

The room was reasonably sized, clean and well serviced. The staff were attentive and their English was a lot better than my Cantonese. The location was excellent and the price (in Kowloon, where nothing's cheap) was more than reasonable. Somewhere on the planet there works the World's Best Concierge. My vote goes to Bill at Royal Pacific. That's what his... More

My wife and I stayed here two nights in room 1950. We had booked the airport transfer through the hotel at HK$130 per person. This was very efficient. It took 70 minutes. There were seven people on board the coach. Two were dropped at the Cordis hotel, three at the BP International, and us at the Royal Pacific. Our drop... More

I usually stop in HK each year around Feb on my way to New Zealand and had the great fortune to have this hotel recommended at HK airport some years ago when I arrived unexpectedly in HK without a prior reservation.
