This is a brilliant location, views over the harbour and next to the Ferry Terminal to Macau and other locations. Also great to the local shopping areas we always frequent when in Hong Kong. Service very good and club floor brilliant.

Stayed here in March 2015 for a conference in HK. Positives: - A bright and clean room - Central Location, 8 min walk to metro and bus and taxi is right outside. Also part of the airport express free shuttle route. Short walk to Star Ferry & Avenue of Stars as well. - Top Notch service, super smart and efficient... More

Great hotel with a brilliant location for business and pleasure. Loved the restaurant and the views of the harbor. Air con is strong and easy to operate in rooms and the shower is also easy to use. Wifi is free, fast and dependable. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location! 10 minute walk from Star Ferry terminal. Shares a building with Macau ferry terminal. Kowloon park just across the street. Breakfast buffet was great, with many options. Room was small but seemed on par for Hong Kong norms and price. Would stay again!

We had no idea what to expect as all reviews are contradicting this hotel. We had 2 rooms and both were large. Spacious, clean with a harbour view, we were pleased that this was the case, I think the city view must be the box like rooms that travellers refer to. Staff were very friendly attentive, In other Hotels the concierge... More

I did not like this hotel. It is convenient to the Ferry terminal but I found it to be very crowded and the rooms very small. They were ok and clean but very small. I had been in Mainland China for about a week previous to this evening when I came back into Hong Kong via Ferry boat. This hotel... More

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon. When booking the room we mentioned it was our honeymoon but upon arrival there was no acknowledgement of this. It was also my husband's birthday during our stay & yet again no acknowledgement of this. On my husband's birthday the shower decided to stop working briefly after making a horrendous clunking sound... More

Stayed one night. Easily accessible by the free shuttle bus from Kowloon Airport Express station. We booked a deluxe harbour view room, which was comfortable and quite spacious by HK standards. Complimentary bottled water (which seems to be the norm these days) and walnut cookies were appreciated. The harbour view was partially obscured, and the window in need of cleaning,... More

After a 12hr flight, overheated swollen ankles, this Hotel was a god send. Great location up the top of town, lovely service, accommodation was very nice, big comfy bed, great bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. It's great walking distance to the beautiful Kowloon Park, Shoppers paradise everywhere you turn. Hong Kong at night is an absolute must!!!
