Located centrally in Tsim Tsa Tsui within walking distance of Nathan Road, Star Ferry and MTR. Room size acceptable considering usual Hong Kong standard. Had breakfast in restaurant opposite to hotel, which was very reasonable. Friendly service. Perfect location for trips to Macau and Mainland China.

The royal pacific and towers is 2 hotels combined . The royal pacific is older and the rooms are less attractive however it has the beneift of the bar . Prices at this hotel vary wildly and for no apparent reason lowest being hk$750 ( usd 100 ) to over hk$2000 for the same room . The bar has spectacular... More

Stayed 4 nights this recent trip, and in my opinion I'ld rather stay somewhere else when I am paying premium price for this hotel, I would rate it 3 star the most. Got into the tower wing Premier plus room as booked (very small in size) and was not offer to be upgraded at all. Hotel staff are not particularly... More

I just checked out this hotel a couple of days ago and I am still angry right now with the service I received. Night duty manager have the WORST attitude ever! I forgot to bring my room card as I rushed out to my meeting in the morning, came back at 2:30am from long hectic business meetings and dinner and... More

Well,I spent 8 nights here. OK room, HK size room. Service, was alright...they "put fresh towels every day and tidied up my room to my content. Except that on the last day, I moved the chest of drawers next to the bed out and the filth and dust there was disgusting. They hadn't moved that in months, it was so... More

Stayed here for a night. I have been upgraded to a deluxe seaview room. The room is huge! Choose this hotel because need to go to Panyu, Guangzhou the next day morning. And the location of this hotel is very convenient because it is on the top of the "zhong gang zheng" ferry station. I just took two escalators and... More

This is my 2nd stay at the hotel. I stayed in a room next to the elevator. I cannot stress enough, make sure you don't make the same mistake. You will hear the elevator all night long. The hotel is in Kowloon (Tsim Sha Tsu) and literally right next to Harbour City shopping center which has some seriously good HK... More
