I ended up at this hotel after the airline had to put me up for one night due to delays and a missed connection in Hong Kong. Although I would not consider this a luxurious place, it was a very good choice by the airline due to the location and the basic amenities I needed overnight. My stay was paid... More

One of the top hotels of the world. Big, ultra-modern rooms. Shame: charge for internet. "Free in lobby". Caution: uses English 220v electric plugs; can get an adaptor from the front desk. Pretty compendious buffet. Very central location with great harbor view. Around a half hour from the new airport when there's NOT traffic. Allow accordingly.

This is indeed a "home away from home". Everything you could want and expect, you will get. Great people, great location in Kowloon, great dining. Really has it all. Upgrade to the Crown Club privileges on the 12th floor. You will not be disappointed.

Arrived late about 22.00 to go through the expected procedure of checking in. Details as requested, non smoking room etc all checked and after this This was my room was allocated. Opened the door and the stench of tobacco from a non smoking room was over powering. Back to reception room changed. By now getting to late to get food... More

The staff is always very helpful & promptly responds to any request you make to them. The rooms are neat & tidy. The hotel is perfectly situated with the MTR just around the corner & Nathan street, etc. is a 5min walk away. The hotel also boasts 1 of the best breakfast spreads, with a huge variety of fresh food... More

My 2 children & I arrived at the hotel at around 4.30 pm after a long flight from Australia and spent 30 minutes in a queue waiting to check in. We were then informed that our booking didn't include breakfast (surprise to me) but they could discount it if we chose to have it. We finally got handed the key... More

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago for work. It's in Kowloon, so a little removed from the seriously hectic centre of Hong Kong, but in many respects all the better for that. Only a short walk from Metro, and most of Kowloon's sights and shopping. Important to try and get a newly refurbished room - they are great -... More

It's newly renovated but the quality is hardly compared with other modern hotels. The room is small but equipped with basic needs. The disappointment comes with the quality of services. The room is not clean especially the kettle. The key to access the lift is always not functioned. The worst part is a small bed which is not able to... More

We travelled as a small adult family group to celebrate a 30th birthday of my daughter so expectations were very high. Hong Kong is a very expensive place for accommodation and we got a reasonable deal here. Pros: rooms are very clean, modern and a good size, bathrooms lovely and well equipped, quiet area but close to the boardwalk and... More
