A room with a partial sea view is just that. The view I had was cut off by two buildings on either side. Regardless, I was able to see Hong Kong island. The Internet was limited to two devices which was annoying but the hotel gives you a complementary cellphone to use which was great for when you're out and... More

Very nice hotel, excellent location close to TST Metro Station. Through the TST Metro underground passage you can reach by feet Mall ISquare, K11 and the Star Ferry almost withouth going out, so very practical when raining.

Spent 5 nights with my wife at this hotel last week - experienced excellent service during our stay. Great location - easy to get to and from with convenience of MTR station and undercover walkway close by. Hotel undergoing extension but will be even better when completed. The restaurants and outlets in this hotel are all 5 star. Gotta try... More

We spent 5 days at the Royal Garden on out way to Thailand. It is conveniently situated close to the subway and close to Nathan Road. We had a room with a partial view of the harbor for my husband daughter and myself. We had an extra bed in the room which was not a roll out bed but a... More

Good location, get partial of harbor view, good room size, house keeping service is very good. I would like to return again. Easy to access to MTR station. Shopping mall is very near by. You can stroll around Sim Sha TSui harbor.

Upon visiting Hong Kong, this hotel is definitely worth the stay. A bit pricey but then again Hong Kong is not cheap. The reception, foyer, breakfast area and rooms are all clean and tidy. Staff pose no problem and are efficient and helpful. Rooms are smallish but comfortable all round. Breakfast is nice with the buffet not short on anything.... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and it continues to be a great hotel for business and leisure. The club lounge is one of the best and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. However, with lots of new hotels springing up, it just needs something to set it apart and a Rolex shop in the lobby, doesn't... More

A good clean hotel. Located right opposite the harbour at Kowloon. Tsim Sha Tsui is where the hotel is located and has all sorts of connectivity in and around Hong Kong. Worthwhile to stay here when in Hong Kong. The staff are courteous and attentive to the needs of the client. A very good option.

We have been away for 8 weeks and stayed at some great Hotels. It would be fair to say this was the best in terms of Customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, we arrived very early from Europe but they had a room for us. It was on the 9th floor number 19. The room was well appointed and... More
