Service Excellent Room ok, but a bit small Pool closed for renovation - not good. Service in the Lounge very good. The bar area is meager and not well located, not very cosy. Not a nice place to go. Will come again

I was weary of staying here after reading all the negative reviews but decided to give it a shot anyway. Stayed on the 19/F and it looks like they're renovating the rooms floor by floor. Had a major discount and the catch was my floor was under construction from 9am to 6pm, but there was barely any noise and so... More

I stayed here for a night after missing a connecting flight. The check in desk could have been in a motel, with the night staff struggling to speak basic English and not being at all helpful. I was put in a corner room of the 16th floor (which should be avoided at all costs). The room was tiny and smelt... More

Wonderful Hotel, excellent service and amazing view. I loved the chef and the hostess, they are really good at customer service. I want to highlight the Chinese Buns, OMG what a delightful food. Take care with the customer service of the chocolate store, they weren't kind as all people in the hotel.

The Royal Garden is always a lavish experience & I have been travelling here for years. Lately, it has lost its very special unique touch. Th newspaper is not guaranteed on your door in the morning, and there was no welcoming fruit in my room. Overall I enjoy the warm luxurious feeling of being at home away from home, so... More

It's very considering of them to have this complimentary service to the guests, esp.for me on a biz trip where i may need to call my HK colleagues. Room alittle smaller but acceptable for me since i only stayed two nights. Convenient location!

The location was fantastic in kowloon and everything was central and everything was within walking distance. Nearby MTR station as well. The rooms are very clean and of a very good standard which ever floor your stay on.The buffet breakfast is amazing and you will always get a smile and morning from the staff. The hotel was great, the rooms... More

Arrived to be told - The swimming pool is being renovated and won't be in action again until August.....the gym is in a makeshift room... Then find out there isn't free wifi in the bedrooms. Cost for this is $150 for 24 hours. Not very happy. I booked this hotel and paid slightly more because it had a pool and... More

I spent 3 nights at the Royal Garden, one early June and 2 in mid-June. Overall staff efficient, polite and pleasant service. Rooms up to date and clean, House keeping procedures a bit rough but adequet. Restaurant- The Greenery, Breakfasts Buffet food good, cooks great, management spent time on cell phones, had to ask repeatedly for coffee refills, which should... More

Fantastic large size rooms and breakfast buffet. Located smack in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui. Great for business, as a base for exploring Hong Kong and only a stone throw away from harbour side outdoor restaurants. Shopping is abundant in the area.
