Stayed at this hotel a number of times in the last 15 years. Its good, check in easy, front office staff helpful, rooms since they all got done up are great. This time stayed in a junior suite size was great. Nice location. The only annoying things are the lifts, sometimes you have to change lifts to get to the... More

It was a very comfortable stay at the hotel. I was put up in the junior suite. The hotel is near a MTR station. Hotel shuttle available from airport (small fee) and dinner buffets are a must. The room I stayed in was big and it had a multi-function handy smartphone which provides unlimited local and up to 20 countries... More

I have been into many hotels in my life, but there's something special about the Royal Garden in Hong Kong. Absolutely amazing!! Great service, professional and friendly staff, always there to accommodate your needs. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I will surely stay in the Royal Garden hotel next time I'm in Hong Kong

My first time in Hong Kong, spent 5 nights in the hotel but really used it for no more than Bed and Breakfast. Very comfortable with all things you would expect. My rooms was quiet and well maintained. The Handy Phone was a great addition and helped with getting around the city.

During my stay in The Royal Garden, I enjoyed it very much. The hotel itself is very pleasant and elegant along with the room I have stayed in. The hotel service is efficient, advanced and courteous. I absolutely adored the buffet at The Greenery. I love that there is a variety of cuisines such as Western and Asian food, which... More

My first time in Hong Kong so no comparison material. From the airport to the hotel, I took the train and complementary shuttle service from Kowloon station; inexpensive, quick and comfortable, for HKD 90,00 whereas a taxi would be HKD 250 or so. Check in is efficient with friendly and helpful staff. I was in at 13:30 so the originally... More

It is a pleasure coming back to my home away from home. Everyone knows who are you and the service and amenities are great. Housekeeping has slipped a little and when pointed out it was improved. Peter in the sales department is amazing and I would not want to deal with anyone else but him. He knows me and what... More

The Royal Garden is located East Tsim Sha Tsui area and it is very close to MTR station. The room is clean and quiet. I arrived in Hong Kong eraly in the morning, and hotel prepared the room as early as possible (of course I requested early check-in before), and provided me free drink in the restaurant when I was... Great hotel! I use to stay at the Shangrila, which is a great hotel as well, but the Royal Garden service is second to none! The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are so comfortable. This will now be my hotel for any trip I take to Hong Kong! Thank you for the great service!
