the hotel staff are very helpful and speak english, the rooms are average they stink of a musty smell, the beds are hard as a rock and the pillows are lumpy there is free wifi in the hotel which is quite fast and it's about a 10min walk to the MTR (subway) there is also a bus stop out the... More

The hotel is close to shopping and major landmarks in Kowloon. However, I must say I wasn't very impressed with the room itself. The lighting was terrible, even with all switches on. The hotel had very good wi-fi throughout the premises, but the facility is very dated and is in need for improvement. If you are on a budget and... More

We booked 'Non Smoking' Rooms but got rooms on a 'smoking permitted' floor- they smelt like a tobacconist's test room. As we were only staying 3 days before a break in China, then back to Ramada, we asked that our rooms be on a 'non smoking' floor. They did this but still have ashtrays in hallways encouraging smokers on 'non... More

we had 2 rooms booked in non smoking and upgraded to superior room. First 3 days we were put on a smoking floor. It was very noisy and we are supposed to be upgraded to a superior room I would hate to see the standard room. Away for a night and returned got a much quieter floor (after complaining about... Located in the heart of the Tsim Sha Tsui district with shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance. The nearest MTR station is only a five-minute walk from the hotel. Traveling to and from the airport is also very convenient and inexpensive, with the airport express bus transfers available at the hotel. My stay went well with no major problems... More

It was expensive enough but as I was only staying one night here it was perfect as was close to most attractions. It was annoying that I arrived at 9am but couldn't check in until 3pm. There was no where to change except a small bathroom that was so small I couldn't fit my suitcase in the cubicle. I had... More

On first impression of the hotel when you walk in the lobby it has a good appearance... But once you get into the lift and you here the lift ding to your floor, your in hell. The rooms are small and dirty. The beds are rock hard. Sleeping, on the floor probably would of been better but the carpet is... More

The Ramada, Kowloon, is in desperate need of an update. Its rooms are shabby, tired, damp smelling and extremely dated in decor. Although the staff are friendly and pleasant, they cannot compensate for a hotel that lacks a pleasant atmosphere. A stay here equates to a pretty dismal experience. You really have to spend as little time in the room... More

Stayed at Ramada Kowloon, older hotel but was clean and tidy. Rooms were on small side but bathroom older with enamel on bath peeling slightly but was good size. Standard layout king size mattress on wooden base, chair, bar fridge. 2 bottles of water supplied free as was in room Wifi. Breakfast was included served in restaurant buffet style catering... More

What an awful hotel! Rooms very very small. Non smoking rooms smell of smoke constantly. Very small bathrooms which are very old. So disappointing. Not family friendly. Rundown, decor not updated since the 70s.
