There are many visitors to Hong Kong during the fairs in October held at both the airport AsiaWorld convention centre and the main Wan Chai convention centre. So do not wait until the last minute to book a hotel. The Ramada is very convenient to transportation (A21 airport bus is at it's door and is as convenient to taking the... More

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip, Ive paid almost same fare than Novotel....but the difference was amazing...first they gave me a room that was so small that almost the bed cannot be there, the mattress was hard as a stone....the room so dark that was sad, also the lamps doesn't work at all. The towels has patches....can... More

Nothing about our stay here was pleasant except the friendliness of the staff who did try to help when we had issues. First off we spent ages waiting to check in even though we were next in line and once we did our process was quick so not sure what the other people were doing, we got our key and... More

I would not use again, it was only for an overnighter. They could not find my reservation, that took nearly 30 minutes...... Just not good enough. However the staff were very attentive to all our requirements for the rest of the stay. Food was okay, although we did have dinner late on our arrival, they were kind enough to leave... More

I stayed here for two nights on my way to Europe and one night on my way back. On each occasion , I landed in Hong Kong between 5 and 6am, so obviously, I got through customs quickly and arrived at the hotel before 7am. What impressed me was that the staff endeavoured to get me into my room as... More

My experience at Ramada Hotel Kowloon was not pleasant. The hotel is located in an old building and has been renovated recently. The level of English language presented by the employees is really low. Sometimes is not easy to communicate with them. Managers, nevertheless, speak proper English. They are not very organized in their logistics. I've reserved a room with... More

This hotel Is cheap for its location, but that is the only good thing. The rooms are tiny and dirty. The bathroom was very smelly. On my first night I counted 6 cockroaches in the room. I complained and they upgraded me to an executive room. This was was bigger and cleaner, but all the fittings are still very old.

We were highly disappointed with our recent stay at Ramada in Kowloon. First of all the Reception staff took ages to attend to us when we needed to be checked in. Secondly the room wasn't the same as what was displayed when making the online booking. The rooms are extremely small and dimly lit. The only plus point was the... More

I will never recommend anyone to this hotel due to the rooms size and over all property's quality, beds were tiny to fit me, I am 5feet9. beds were rock hard, rooms not properly maintained. bathrooms also very poor. definitely not worth the price . there are other hotels walking distance to the hotel. Park hotel is a great stay... More

I stayed on the 16th floor, and I enjoyed my room. I can't say much for the view, I was facing Granville road. So maybe if you get a different side. My check-in went nice and smooth, and so did the check-out. I stayed for 5 days, the bed was hard. So if you want a soft bed you might... More
