This hotel needs a coat of paint to brighten it up and it needs some comfortable beds. The beds are rock hard. Apart from this, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The buffet breakfast had a wide choice of food and the lunch and dinner menus were good. The shopping in the area was not great... More

Hotel facilities are classy but staff are not so friendly. In front of the hotel is sort of a horror burned building which looks like unsafe at night. It is near tram and bus station and convenient stores open 24hours. It is also near the ferry station to Macau.

By far the worst experience I have ever experienced at a hotel. Arrived at hotel at 11.30 pm. staff did not provide correct room as booked for 3 adults. but they had only provided 2 tiny single rock hard beds. They were determined on trying to prove me wrong from the beginning that I had booked the correct room for... More

This hotel is not the newest one but its location makes it one of the better one for anyone that wants access to stores, malls and public transportations. It is a bit old as compare to other peers with a need to have a fresh paint at the lobby, corridors and even the rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful... More

I stayed in this hotel from 16 to 18 Aug, after reading some very good reviews, but sorry to say that the hotel is worst in service and staff behaviour. On 18th I went for Breakfast at 0905 hrss, and find that there was no Baked beans in bowl, I requested the staff for refill, he bluntly said that I... More

We stayed for three nights in June. The staff were friendly and professional, and that's the best thing you could say about this hotel. The rooms and fittings are very old and the carpet smells very musty. The food on the breakfast buffet was unappetising. Even the tea and coffee were very 'stewed'. Next time I'd pay a bit more... The hotel is very well located and offers a basic and small room for an excellent price for Hong Kong. Location: 2 mins from Nathan road which is the centre of most tourist things. 5 mins from the star ferry port to get you to Hong Kong island. Lots of shops and places to eat within yards of the hotel.... More
